Pros: Zero - they were very pushy and rude and wanted charge extra for insurance. They also stated they were not part of discovery cars who are just an agent. This was not clear when booking. The whole process was very misleading and not clear.

Pros: The staff was very friendly and provided excellent assistance. In particular, the gentleman who helped me when I returned the car was incredibly humble and patient. My daughter asked him so many questions, and he handled it all with a smile. He was genuinely great with kids. Plus, he even dropped us off at the airport. The car itself was brand new and drove perfectly, which made our holiday in Croatia even more enjoyable. Thank you, Garage No. 1, for helping make our trip unforgettable!

Cons: Fraudulent and Disgraceful Service - Beware! I was provided with a completely damaged car, riddled with large dents and scratches all over the exterior. When I pointed out additional scratches to the inspector, including a particularly long one on the car door, his dismissive response was, "There wouldn’t be any charges for those." Fast forward to returning the car, and suddenly a much smaller scratch—far less significant than the ones I pointed out at pickup—was deemed "chargeable.

Cons: Upselling insurance and fuel, tried to get us to prepay 89 euro for fuel fill on a 45L tank and tried to tell us it would be cheaper than station (basic math says no)

Pros: When we picked up the car the representative was extremely rude so I will have to say that the service was terrible. However when we dropped of the car we were helped by someone else and he was very friendly and easy going.

Cons: The representative was extremely rude. He was talking down to us the entire process and his communication was rude in general. When we got the car he told us to film it, however when we started filming he screamed at us that we can’t do that. We didn’t feel safe and thought we were getting scammed. I would never in my life recommend this dealer to anyone I know.

Cons: It’s an absolute disgrace that they reserve the deposit up to 4!! Weeks on your creditcard. I was forced to lower the deposit by paying extra rent. They also wanted to give me a very ugly van/bus Eventhough I rented a cute car. I had to seriously complain a lot that I wanted another car. I was on a trip with a friend and didn’t accept to drive around in a clownesk car.

Cons: It has been already almost 2 months and the money of the security deposit didn’t came back to my credit card. Also, on the delivery, the person tried to trick me with a supposed scratch, luckly I had a video of tge car

Cons: Absolute rip off artists, just trying to grab tourist money!! Charged me for a barely visible scratch that I did not make while driving the vehicle, €437, something any major rental car company would never notice or charge for. What I had thought was a daily insurance payment, was instead by their definition a payment to reduce the deposit. Who has ever heard of such a thing? I am disgusted and lodging a fraud dispute with my credit card company.

Cons: Agent sold us different options that were totally useless. He cheated us on gasoil price/taxe to try to sell us one option, he sold us a boat permit which is completely unknown in Croatia (we asked to maritim and police agents), he sold us also additional driver which were useless as well. He was rude and started to be agressive when we asked questions. We tried to call Dubrovnik Office many times but nobody picked up the phone. I will open a claim, this method is dishonest.

Cons: Had to call several times to the Split airport agent with no answer. After 10 minutes, he called back. Directions for drop off in Dubrovnik were false, the site was not together with the main companies, but at the other side of the highway. Luckily a man from another company could guide me there.
