Pros: They were very helpfull and easy to communicate with. We have had bad experience with deposit for rented cars before, but this time with addcar everything was clear and easy and we didn't have any problems. Also they were really flexible about picking/droping time. Overall only good words and sincere recommendations.

Cons: They dont have reception desk at the airport, so we just waited somewhere in the airports car rental area, not sure if we are in the right location.

Pros: I was so impressed with the gentleman who assisted me (Hrvoje). He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. I was tired and frustrated after a long and exhausting trip, but my crankiness did not phase him one bit. Hrvoje was all smiles and helpfulness, and by the time I left the airport with my vehicle, I was in a much more cheerful mood. When I returned the car, Hrvoje remembered me and was just as pleasant as he was the fist time we met. A+ experience thanks to Hrvoje!

Cons: The agent hadn’t arrived at the airport when we arrived. When she did arrive she wasn’t in the location stated. She also didn’t have our name on a board and apologised saying she had forgotten our name. We asked other agents and then found her. Not a great start but otherwise our experience was good.

Cons: The office is a bit outside the airport and they didn’t get us at the arrival. So we had to wait for them to cone and pick us up which was stressing because we had to catch a ferry.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 800.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 70.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/collection service is not provided.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.11 to 15.04.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 59 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
