Pros: Staff pleasant

Cons: Car not ready when we arrived and ‘ripped off’ by aledged damage which o know I didn’t do and exorbitant cost of repair. I doubt that the repair will be done because it was hardly visible and I am confident I did not do.

Pros: Located in the airport terminal and at the car park. Easy to find the desk and the car. No queue.

Cons: Car park poorly lit, difficult to check the existing marks on the car. Not the model of car requested and slightly smaller than expected. I guess that you very rarely get the model expected with all rental companies.

Pros: Really good price and good car, helpful staff it’s a shame MANAGEMENT ARE USELESS

Cons: They left a single agent on duty in tenerifecreina Sofia on 28 Dec despite high volume of customers and long queue he tried his best and was very courteous and helpful but too much work for one person! Has management heard of staffing levels to cater for peaks in customer waiting ? USELESS MANAGEMENT

Pros: nothing, ended up paying a lot more that we had believed. Using discovercars.com actually is not recommended as once you get there you find their service is not good enough to be able to rent a car.

Cons: ooked through an agency and Thrifty basically said the insurance option we had taken out would not cover us properly, then they would not take our payment by debit card (only credit card) unless we took out their own insurance cover, miraculously once we did this we were able to pay by debit card!!

Pros: Good car. Very efficient drop off service

Cons: The queue for picking the keys up was obscene. Added an extra 45mins to our journey time. No other rental queue was this long. Crazy that Heart and Thrifty (two big brands) are grouped at one kiosk.

Cons: Ended up as Hertz Lady behind counter spoke too fast and quiet( possibly mask affecting this) Booked a medium size but was told I had booked small ended up upgrading
