Pros: It is better to rent directly from the rental company rather than 3rd party companies. Inspite of paying all the extra insurance. 1- The rental company asked for a large amount of deposit in an event something happened to the car 2- rental company is looking very hard to find something wrong with car to take some of the deductible 3- The extra insurance is taken be the 3rd part company and not by the rental company. I am not sure, if the 3rd party company will work with the rental company

Pros: I got absolutely no service
Cons: Company failed to pick me up at airport and failed to tell me they would be passing on my booking to another company. I had to get the bus after 3 hours of trying to find them with heavy luggage.

Pros: Ruben at Surprice tried his best to resolve the Lido problem over the phone.
Cons: The car collection company Lido denied they had a valid booking from Surprice even though we had all the paperwork. They then tried to book us direct with Lido at 300% more, refused. Eventually given an old car with 147k milage,covered in bumps,no alarm and a broken ignition key. On return they then added a 35 Euro refuelling charge on top of fuel cost. These people are crooks and Surprice should not deal with them. I am about to go on social media/tripadvisor to share awful experiences.
