Pick-up instructions
Customers can arrive at either Terminal 2 or Terminal 3. Customers have to follow the indications to the luggage reclaim belts and once they have arrived to the floor where the belts are located, they should go down to the floor -1 (without leaving the building) by using the lifts or the escalator.
They will have to go to the rent a car area and they will find our KeynGo by Goldcar Kiosk located inside our Goldcar office.
The Walk-in Customers have to go to the rental car park situated next to the public car park located in level 0. This is the Vehicle Drop-off Area where our branch is situated and they will find our KeynGo by Goldcar Kiosk inside our Goldcar office located there.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (with zero deductible), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Tire & Glass Coverage, Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium Location fee, Road tax, Free modifications, State Tax, Environmental Contribution fee.
Driver requirements

The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.

Additional information
All refunds (unused fuel, deposit, etc.) are made in EUR even if the customer was originally charged in a different currency when picking up the vehicle.
