Click&Rent at Malaga Airport

Cons: They are awful people with No service at all,they start a fight with us When we didnt sign up for extra insurance that we already have through Discovercars,they Said its all a lie and you are going to pay for all damage on the car,When we return the car they made up stores about damlaget but luckily we had film on Everything,they took extra 300 euro for each car after returning them ,saying that its forbidden to rent two car at the same time but they didnt say anything when we rent the cars

Pros: They honored the original booking, although there was a mix up about the extra driver. The car had a lot of damage at pick up but that was acknowledged and there were no issues upon return. Cost was very reasonable. Car was as described for size and type and was a pleasure to drive.

Pros: The Toyota they gave me stalled 3 times leaving their depot, and I couldn't get it started, so I took it back and they replaced it a Fiat Panda that I asked for originally, so that was positive.

Cons: They charged me 290€ for 'damage' to the front bumper, which you can't see in the photos because there isn't any damage. A scam, like all car rental companies, unfortunately.

Pros: We just been charged €700 for two small the size of pinhead chips in windscreen which I know be never had this happened on our journey . I believe these were hidden under the windscreen wiper blades on pick up so we would not notice it , because when we returned the car the car checking assistant went straight to them and pointed them out to us with out even checking the rest of the car over .

Cons: Luckily I took a video of the car they "found extra dents" ( which were there before). It feels they are out to get extra money. Felt very cold from the experience

Pros: I have a number of issues which have been ignored by Clickrent and also by discovercars. Specifically loss of days to use the rental due to technical problems, multiple instances of defects with cars, and costs charged by Clickrent without taking any responsibility for the problems

Cons: The windshield was dirty on the inside, so it was almost impossible to see anything outside when the sun was hitting at a certain angle.

Cons: I returned the car at 7.40am. Despite the office being open and fully staffed I was charged an out of hours fee. After a lot if searching, I found this in their T&Cs but it left a bad feeling. I wasn't told about the charge whilst at the office, I found it a day later on my credit card statement.

Cons: Although I signed and paid insurance with DiscoverCars, Click Rent tried for me to sign and pay another full cover insurance.

Cons: Shuttle bus took only me (1 person) to the rent car place. I had to leave my family with luggage in airport. I did not get Cupra Formentor (was special booking for this car).

Cons: It does take a while coz there are a lot of tourists waiting to get a car. But not a deal breaker, nothing Click Rent can do about it.

Pros: Click rent customer service was appalling. When I told them I had booked a 7 seater with luggage space and the car they were giving me would not accommodate all passengers and luggage - they were not helpful at all. They simply told me to ring discover cars and sort with them.

Cons: The customer service rep - a lady called Amanda was very rude. When I tried to explain to her that we would not fit in the car with the luggage, she simply took off the boot cover and threw at the passenger seats behind the driver and told us we had space now. She left me and my son standing at the desk when I was on the phone to discover cars and didn’t care what was happening.

Cons: Very difficult returning car. Lights on, staff present but would not allow return 1 minute before 8am. Staff member checking car was just short of using a magnifying glass. Lots of pre existing damage not on their system. Luckily I had photos. My one suggestion is check car very carefully and take lots of photos.

Cons: The car pick up was totally chaotic and disorganised. The number on the ticket didn't tally with the numbers on the screen, and the button machine didn't make any sense. Only 2 staff on reception with at least 50 people waiting. Waiting for 90 minutes meant we missed lunch with friends - really not good. I didn't get the car I wanted, either.

Pros: We have a small scratches on the left side of the car, probably someone hit us on parking. Click rent said its 420€ damage and took it from my credit card. Now I am looking with discover.cars how to refund, because we pay for full coverage.

Replacing the car took more than hour and they asked for additional payment Upon returning the cars, even though we paid for extra insurance that was covering all risks they insisted to make an inspection infront of us. didn't let us with priority as we were already getting late for our flight. Agents were extremely rude.

Pros: Lovely car - new Ford Focus, which we had ordered. So often you get fobbed off with the "or similar"! No undue pressure to take out their over priced insurance and Damage Waiver funds released promptly.

They found a nick on the hood by the windshield that I didn’t take pictures of (there were nicks scratches and chips all over the car) and said I must have done it, and then charges me 645 euros for it. Read reviews and there are HUNDREDS saying the same thing, my bad for not reading them before renting. Also horribly rude and long waiting time. DO NOT EVER USE CLICK RENT!!!

Car was in terrible driving condition, service light on, low tire pressure tight on and steering have strong pull to the left. This car should not have been hired out, it was not in a road worthy condition.

Because I carefully photographed them all, I avoided being charged for " 1 new damage" . Other renters I talked too were successfully cheated out of money.
