Cons: No clearly defined airport pick up spot Long queue to pick up car at depot Even though wiber operates a ticketed queue system any Discover car customers were kept waiting until all other car companies customers were dealt with - so sunny car customers joined the queue 30 minutes after us and were called 15 minutes before us! We were given conflicting information about recording pre-existing damage - you only have 2 hours to submit photos to website. More problems but no more space to continue

Pros: On return, dealt with promptly, check was quickly, bus there, quite a long journey back to the airport

Cons: Bus waiting at airport but didn’t move for 10 minutes. Found out why, the pick up point was heaving! Six desks but only two staff at them hence the long queue. You have to take a ticket, not a simple number but depends on who you booked with or taking the car back, so you had no idea where you were in the queue. Took an hour to be served, given the hard sell for excess insurance. A terrible experience and one that could be solved with sufficient staff on the desks not just wondering about.

Cons: Very long waiting time to pick up car. More than an hour. Since they don’t accept debit card we were forced to pay the insurance that cost 3 times the rent of the car. 147€ for 3 day. Or a security deposit of 1100€.

Cons: Queue number policy is a bit strange Remember and take lots of pictures before you leave the pick up centre to avoid any undue charges for the car return condition.

Cons: Arriving early, even thought the car was ready they would not let us have it for 1.30hrs or tell us which one so we could inspect it. Noticed tyre pressure warning light on way to accommodation. Found screw in tyre. Rang breakdown and waited over 20mins on phone. Tyre was repaired. On returning car they charged us €55 for the repairs despite us having photo evidence of warning light on when we picked up.

Cons: I reserved a car with a certain deposit and the corresponding price for that offer. My flight was postponed and I arrived in Malaga earlier. I informed the rent a car house about my earlier arrival, but I did not receive an answer or any confirmation. when I came to Wiber, they told me that I can't take the car according to the offer I agreed on, but I have 2 options. either to pay more and take the car right away or to wait 7 hours and come and pick up the car at the time I originally stated.

At the rental desk the agent explained that the full coverage I had taken with Discover cars was external to Wiber, if there was any damage Wiber would charge me and I would have to claim the money back from Discover. I didn't realise this but it's not Wibers fault so no issues with them. Check in on return was quick and the transfer back to airport was prompt. Staff were friendly and efficient

Pros: Nothing, it was all a nightmare! I used a lot of rental cars before, but never had such a bad overall experience. They are stealing money, using malpractices to get you in trouble (low pressure in the tires and on the entrance there are lot of holes), just so you damage a car and they can have a extra fee on you.

Cons: I was misguided that there are no additional costs apart from the car accident. The Wiber Rental company literally stole my 35€ for "administration fees" of sending me an email with a ticket for exceeded speed. At the same time - they didn't prepare the car properly, the pressure in the tires was half of the obligated, 1.3 bar! It was dangerous to drive, they didn't support me any way and I needed to take care of it myself.
