Cons: They are *very strict* about car conditions: if you don't buy the additional full insurance, *before* taking the car take an extensive, full video of car conditions and of each and every possible scratch, even minor ones. The car will be thouroughly inspected at drop-off (which will take a few minutes due to that). If you have a video, everything will be fine, otherwise you could be claimed to respond of damages.

Alegou que o meu cartão de crédito era de um banco online e por isso não o aceitou, mesmo eu tendo provado que era um banco físico. Fui obrigado a ligar para a discover cars e alterar a reserva para o nome da minha esposa. Pedimos o livro de reclamações, e só após ameaçarmos chamar a polícia é que nos foi disponibilizado.

Cons: Depois de preencher e assinar a reclamação, a funcionária Cristina não queria assinar ou carimbar a recepção da reclamação, e só depois de ameaçamos chamar a polícia é que carimbou e depois rasgou a cópia da reclamação à nossa frente. Ainda esteve a rir com outras colegas. Foi uma vergonha.

Cons: Bus waiting at airport but didn’t move for 10 minutes. Found out why, the pick up point was heaving! Six desks but only two staff at them hence the long queue. You have to take a ticket, not a simple number but depends on who you booked with or taking the car back, so you had no idea where you were in the queue. Took an hour to be served, given the hard sell for excess insurance. A terrible experience and one that could be solved with sufficient staff on the desks not just wondering about.

Noticed tyre pressure warning light on way to accommodation. Found screw in tyre. Rang breakdown and waited over 20mins on phone. Tyre was repaired. On returning car they charged us €55 for the repairs despite us having photo evidence of warning light on when we picked up.

Cons: I reserved a car with a certain deposit and the corresponding price for that offer. My flight was postponed and I arrived in Malaga earlier. I informed the rent a car house about my earlier arrival, but I did not receive an answer or any confirmation. when I came to Wiber, they told me that I can't take the car according to the offer I agreed on, but I have 2 options. either to pay more and take the car right away or to wait 7 hours and come and pick up the car at the time I originally stated.

I didn't realise this but it's not Wibers fault so no issues with them. Check in on return was quick and the transfer back to airport was prompt. Staff were friendly and efficient

Pros: Nothing, it was all a nightmare! I used a lot of rental cars before, but never had such a bad overall experience. They are stealing money, using malpractices to get you in trouble (low pressure in the tires and on the entrance there are lot of holes), just so you damage a car and they can have a extra fee on you.

Cons: I was misguided that there are no additional costs apart from the car accident. The Wiber Rental company literally stole my 35€ for "administration fees" of sending me an email with a ticket for exceeded speed. At the same time - they didn't prepare the car properly, the pressure in the tires was half of the obligated, 1.3 bar! It was dangerous to drive, they didn't support me any way and I needed to take care of it myself.
