Pros: Car worked well, was fuel efficient, check-out was good.
Cons: We had a long wait to return the car & saw several customers in near panic because they had flights to catch and couldn't get help returning their cars. Also, at pick-up, the agent said they would email pictures of existing damage -they did so but... We also took our own pictures. When we returned the vehicle, they questioned swipe marks that were not in their photos. Our photos proved the damage existed at pickup, but if we hadn't taken those photos, it would have cost us. Also no ZBE sticker
Pros: Great new car. Spotless. Ease of drop-off.
Cons: I've waited for a pickup for almost an hour. The queue machine is unclear at what order does it serve the customers as most of the people who came after me were served before me.
Pros: There was absolutely nothing to like about this service.
Cons: Avoid this agency. Aggressive pressure to force their insurance, then they hand you a car in a disgraceful condition: dented, dirty, and even without windshield washer fluid. On return, they clearly tried to charge me for damage that was already there and keep my €1100 deposit. Luckily, I had filmed everything before leaving. Without that video, they very likely would have stolen from me.
Pros: Worst rental experience. Scammers working for Commission to sell insurance that they add without consent. They threaten and lie to try to make you sign the insurance when you try to remove it.
Pros: Very happy with them.
