Ok Mobility at Malaga Airport

Cons: Charged me for extra mileage which I didn’t know, at the time of rental the rep was so busy pushing the insurance to my through and never told me that I have limited mileage which is very odd now a days in the world! And later he charged me for it

Pros: The people downstairs where you pick up / drop off the car were super friendly. They tried to charge me 70 euros as the car inside was a little dirty, but by the time I wiped the bread crumbs away etc, they waived that fee.

Cons: The desk reception where you pay and sign were awful. They were very forceful to make me try and lay out insurance, despite me having paid the excess insurance through discovery cars. They then all laughed in Spanish as I left having not taken out the insurance. Horrible and rude (completely the opposite to the lovely people downstairs with the car)

Cons: We booked a 'full to full' car, but they changed it to 'full to reimbursable' without notice and charged 80€ extra for fuel.

Cons: The rental car did not charge while driving in hybrid mode. You cannot charge the car anywhere using foreign bank or credit cards. Dutch cards do not work. On the highway you can also not pay the toll using a card.

Cons: They charge for fuel regardless of how much you use. But the rental agreement says full to full. At the time as you want to leave with the car you don’t query it. They shouldn’t do this or better explain the options.

Pros: - The car was amazing - The agent at the check out was wonderful and super efficient

Cons: - The agent at the checkin was too pushy with the upsells and generally not pleasant - We were promissed an email confirmation after the checkin in a few minutes but it did not arrive. Had to call the ok mobility customer service 2 times. First time I was told I would receive it - I did not. Second time I waited on the line until I received the email. Super ambiguous and uncertain. - The confirmation included the contract which had mistakes. It included packages that we did not purchase.

Cons: Wait time at counter was excessive. The vehicle (LYNK & Co) was NEW with lots of technology that made effectively operating the vehicle a challenge without any assistance offered by OK Mobility at vehicle pickup.

Cons: Waited for over an hour in line for a rep. after a long flight, I paid 555.44 euro instead of 275.44 per agreement with Discovercars.com....rep. took all the info. again that was provided to your company. Also rep. kept repeating that insurance provided by you does have many loop holes and will does not provide complete coverage and I will be responsible for any damage to OK Mobility and then I file any claims to you to recover my damages. High pressure with scare tactics to get their insurance

Pros: La chica que me atendió fue muy amable pero el chico encargado deberías hacer un curso de atención al cliente.

Cons: La poco empatía del encargado para ayudar. Y la final tuve que pagar dos seguros porque sino no podría llevarme el coche.

Cons: Customers should be aware that when getting full cover for the car does not mean you have full cover as I’m covered by a third-party, not the company directly so they try to sell you their insurance, just in case anything happens and take a huge deposit, the company wanted an extra €500 for there insurance cover which isn’t right. Customers should be aware and you should tell them on your site.

Pros: Friendly personell, not too aggressive about selling insurance as many other companies.

Pros: It was easy to drop the car , contract sign was short and easy to understand. everting is immediately emailed to your mailbox, which is convenient.

Cons: waiting time was terribly long, no signs or instructions were given how to go to "-3" floor so all people were walking in circles to pick up their cars.

Cons: No good pick-up service. Very pushy and intimidating to upgrade the car and to buy additional insurance while we had full coverage. Only 2 customers in front of us who had the same experience. It took about 2 hours. They called us cheap because we did not want a maserati or BMW.

Cons: When we booked with Discovery we bought the Extra insurance . OK Mobility still try and hard sell their insurance on top ...that we absolutely Do not like , we were told that even a small chip would cost us 350 euro , which of course we can claim for on the insurance we've already bought , but they still Hard sell theirs . We don't like this at the beginning of a holiday , it puts a worry into your head . On return we were met and a full inspection was done with a torch while we were there .

Cons: trying to blame scratches on the car and get us to pay extra. Should all be noted before rather than relay on the customer to prove they did not. Be aware of the tricks and take lots of photos.

He was also arrogant and unhappy when heard that I will not pay two times for insurance! The address to get the car from parking also was not clear.

Cons: It seemed like I had booked a car with full insurance, when I arrived at Malaga airport Discovery doesn’t exist and the all I had done was reserve a car with Discovery, I ended up wasting the 10% of the fee paid to Discovery as I had too pay extra to the car rental company to get the full insurance I thought I had paid for initially.

Cons: The attempt to sell additional insurance when we already had purchased full cover from discover cars. When booking a package I just want to show my documents and drive away, no sales pitch.

Cons: Stroppy agent. Threat of €350 charge for even the slightest damage, minor scratch or stonechip.

Forces customers to have a credit card (not debit card) to avoid paying a massive fee for insurance even if you already have another insurance to cover deductibles with another company. Even if there is plenty of money to cover the deposit on a debit card and it can have overdraft they will not accept it. Never experienced anything like this all over world.

When we picked up the car, the car park was dark, so we couldn't see if there was any damage to the car on pick up. We noticed when we left the car park, a dent on the door. So when we dropped the car off, the changed us the excess. These guys are scammers. Avoid like the plague

Cons: They are dishonest liars. They deliberately caused some minor damage to the car when we returned it and then charged us an extortionate amount of money to 'fix' it. Utterly disgraceful and criminal behaviour. I'm surprised DiscoverCars supports these kinds of companies.

Pros: Although renting an auto petrol, was given a hybrid, which was a bonus.

Cons: Was told a pickup to take pictures of any damage to the vehicle. In an underground garage we missed one scratch on the side of the car, although taking a picture of it later in daylight, was initially told that there was no proof that it was there before pickup. All the paperwork was emailed to me, no signal in the basement, received it later, not showing this particular damage. Fortunately it obliquely shows in one of the other photos and they let me go.

Applied fine was unjustifiable. the operator had been aware of scratch on the car as he went to direct point of scratch without checking the whole car for possible damage and the scratch was found in a dark place of the garage with using light of a phone pointing directly to the scratch. So he was aware of the fact before I rented the car.

They then tried to get me to hire a more expensive car and extra insurance . I informed them that I had taken out extra cover with Discover but they said that it was no good and I would never get my money back if there was an incident . When I returned the car they tried to blame me for a tiny mark on the car .

Cons: The agent at pickup at Malaga rental desk charged me the full premium cover (159 euro for my rental period) because, according to him, I do not have an international license while it is not necessary in my case. Anyway, a claim was sent to OK rentacar and to Discovercarhire customer services.

Once I got the car they gave me didn’t properly unlock/lock. They spent 10 mins looking for spare key fob. No luck - removed my child & car seat..

Cons: (Continued) The second car they issued wasn’t cleaned (I didn’t care the outside was mud splotted but the old water bottles inside were unwelcome) After securing my child in the car seat once more, I complained but wasn’t waiting around for any more cars. They didn’t offer any compensation for the hour and a half of my time wasted. should have been easy as I was exchanging a previous rental from them at the same time as collecting this one. I lost a item my first car but it wasn’t found...

Pros: Very friendly staff. We will be using ok again definitely. No problems only waiting to collect the car could have been faster.
