Cons: First of all, I don't know if this is normal in Spain and it is a cultural thing, but if an employee takes the necessary data and fills out documents, talks to you, then you expect that all the attention will be paid to that, and not to some internal dialogues with other colleagues on other topics or the like. To me, this shows a lack of elementary culture. There were other nuances related to insurance and returning the car. But everything ended well.

Pros: Drop off was easy and quick.

Cons: They insisted that i need to buy a extra insurance, even though I had all covered with discovercars. Agent even dared to call me grazy at the desk after denying their offers. Agent also showed very well his dissappointment after I refused to upgrade my car choice.

Cons: De mede werker kwam met een zo genaamde korting als we een volledige dekking zouden krijgen zouden weg geatis upgrade auto krijgen achteraf word er dan toch nog 120 euro extra in rekening gebracht! Daarbij zit zat de auto vol schade had een lekke uitlaat en was erg vies. We komen er nooit meer!

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1936.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Premium Location fee, Vehicle registration fee, Free modifications, State Tax.
Rate excludes
An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees. An e-Toll device is not mandatory.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license.
Deposit and deductible policy

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Alternatively, the renter may purchase a tank full of fuel at the time of rental and return the tank empty.
Electric vehicles must be returned with the same battery charge they had when picked up to avoid additional charges (on a per kWh basis). An additional admin fee will be charged if a vehicle is returned with less than 20 % battery charge remaining.
Additional information
Winter tires are not mandatory in Spain.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 60 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 1 hour after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
