Pros: quick and simple to pick up and drop off. no hard sell for the extras.

Cons: would have preferred the car type requested, they gave me an "upgraded" car which meant bigger but the car was very underwhelming. would have preferred a smaller better build quality car.

Pros: Agent was friendly. Pick-up & drop-off were smooth.

Cons: Never saw the word Keddy at airport, so that connection to EuroCar was unhelpful. We were running late and our rental was given away. We were upsold to a larger car/more money. Partly our fault, partly frustrating. Wish our car had been saved and other party got the larger/more expensive car. Service was a little slow at front end.

Pros: Easy to find service desk. Easy drop off area. Friendly serviceman.

Cons: When I booked the car online, I picked this provider as it said ‘Skoda Kodiaq’ or similar. The same provider offered a ‘Dacia Jogger or similar’for a cheaper price, but I decided to spend a few £ extra in order to get the Skoda. When picking the car up, I was told that the car we had been given was a Dacia Jogger, but I could pay extra in order to get the Skoda. I found that very unfair. Also had to wait 48min in order to be seen at desk.

Tricked us into a rental vehicle that was three times more expensive than the Discover Cars voucher was worth, without being transparent and claiming the overall cost would be similar. Complete swindlers using language barrier and preying on tired travellers.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 2300.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Road tax, Vehicle registration fee, Environmental charge, Free modifications.
Rate excludes
The following surcharges may apply: Accident Administration fee, Premium Location surcharge, Port fee, Vehicle tracking system.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): EU.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions).

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Child seat (2-4 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Diesel vehicles are available for an additional charge. Details are available from the car rental company's reservation office.
Additional information
The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.
Winter tires are not mandatory in Spain.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 59 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
