Pick-up instructions
Leave the baggage area and follow the Exit signs. Do not follow the signs to car rental Area. Once you exit the main doors of the terminal turn right go past the café and take the tunnel on the right. Keep walking on the pavement following the shuttle bus signs. At the end of the tunnel you will find the shuttle bus stop. Our shuttle will take you to the office 5 minutes away.

Pros: Price, agents attitude, speed during pickup and delivery - 10 out of 10.

Cons: The only thing I did not like was the car speed limit notifier. I did not find a way to turn it down and when you are driving in areas with 30 - 40km/h. Then it is notifying you all the time. But this is just a luxury problem :)

Pros: The pickup and dropoff were ultra fast and the staff was cool!

Cons: The fact that the car rear doors rattled during the entire trip. Also the insurance cost is exagerated, this taking into account that the car came back in a perfect condition, where I also filled the AdBlue tank and changed the power outlet fuze that was burned. (these cases should be rewarded by a discount).

Cons: I’ve rented Toyota RAV4 or other car in the same class. I’ve got Renault Arkana, which is a class below Toyota. It’s a cheap, plastic, crackling, loud engine when accelerating and poor automatic transmission. Overall disappointing car, when I payed for Toyota.

Pros: They eventually found a solution, by giving us the airport shuttle van. It took 1.5 hours total to pick up the car though.

Cons: Upon arrival, we were notified that they don't have a single car in our category (mini-van) and don't have anyone returning one anytime soon. We were offered to take 2 cars for the same price instead, which was sub-optimal. We were offered to cancel our booking and look for alternatives instead. Eventually, after 1.5 hours of negotiations, they gave us the airport shuttle mini-van, so it all worked out.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): EU countries.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license.


In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher, return flight ticket, proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill), flight information, 2 proofs of home address (e.g. Utility bill) issued with 30 days before pick up.

To rent the following vehicle category(ies): Luxury, Premium, Cabrios, Special, Prestige, you must provide the following document(s) at pickup: flight information, local address (apartment; hotel; villa; etc.), 2 phone numbers, 2 proofs of home address (e.g. Utility bill) issued with 30 days before pick up.
All documents must be issued in the same country.
Insurance
The renter can use his/her own insurance, but if this insurance is declined or the renter doesn't bring his/her own insurance, the following insurance type(s):Partial Damage Waiver (PDW), Roadside Assistance will be available at the rental desk for an additional charge.
More details about self-insurance requirements are available from the car rental company's reservation office.
If no insurance option is chosen, the renter is responsible for the full value of the vehicle, passenger liability, and third party liability.
Deposit and deductible policy


Cross-border policy
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.
Written permission from the rental company is required.
Crossing country borders to Andorra, Portugal, Gibraltar is free of charge. Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Switzerland.

In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).

It is allowed to add up to 3 additional drivers. Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are not mandatory in Spain.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 29 minutes.
The grace period will be honored only during business hours.
