Cons: Car was dirty inside and outside. Lots of scratches, damage etc already and quite pushy to make you take out additional insurance even though I booked car hire insurance separately. Fuel wasn't full to full per the booking but was return the same as they give to you (80%).

Cons: Only thing was had to pay €60 to clean the car when returned. Fair enough as car was dirty (Sandy) inside but that should have been made clear on pick up and it wasn’t or I would have done it before hand.
Cons: I first was offered a car that was not the category ordered. I then realised 5 days into the rental that the tyres was beyond legal. it actually had chunks out of the rubber and no tread. When I called them the asked me to drive it back to the hire desk 100km from my house. They put my whole family in danger.

Cons: The customer representative whom I dealt with was EXTREMELY aggressive in “up selling” the additional insurance coverage. To the point of resorting to scare tactics on unsuspecting customers.

Cons: The service picking up, the lady was quite rude, we needed a baby seat and booster chair but no one could get us one so we had to go buy a booster and my mother ended holding the baby in the back the whole time which is not ideal. Seemed very stressful and under staffed. Would not use again due to this reason.

Cons: The man at the end inspecting the car was trying to find a way to deduct money from our deposit, he pointed out some tiny scratches (which I didn't do!) and actually said the words "it is so difficult trying to get them to show up on my phone" he did everything he could to try and create some reason to deduct money from us, not good at all!!!

Cons: I had to leave card details for any damage. I could only leave details from a VISA or Mastercard credit card, which I don't have. The only way I could keep my booking was to buy their own insurance which cost me an extra £120!

Cons: The booking process was simple once at the counter, but the office appeared to operate a numbered ticketing system to service clients in turn. However, having spent two minutes registering for a ticket, one person walked straight up to the counted and was served. The ticketing system was totally ignored by the staff - annoying, and irritating after a three hour flight. Get rid of it.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 75.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
The driver license must be written in Latin alphabet. In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions).
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
A deposit for a tank of fuel is required upon collecting the vehicle.
It is only possible to pay and leave a deposit using the same card.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Visa Electron, Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, MasterCard debit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.
It is only possible to pay and leave a deposit using the same card.
The daily limit on the card used for payment must be high enough to cover the deposit. Otherwise, purchase of the following insurance policy(ies): Super Insurance is mandatory.
The following payment methods are not accepted for payment: American Express, Cash, Diners, Prepaid cards.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Andorra, France, Portugal.
Cross-border travel is allowed when pick up has taken place in Spain-Mainland.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Using a ferry is not allowed.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.
It is allowed to add up to 3 additional drivers.
Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.
Delivery/Collection service is available by previous request and for an extra charge of 18 EUR.
Delivery service is only available from Torrevieja, Benidorm downtown offices.
A deposit for a tank of fuel is required upon pick up.
In case of renting at the airport location, the customer must provide a valid flight number in order to make a reservation.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 0 minutes.
Pick-up & Drop-off
