Pros: Car was clean, available on time.

Cons: Agent tried to sell their insurance. When I declined that, the agent did not show much courtesy. On return, the agent added a damage on me which I did not cause. Fortunately, I had the picture of the damage while pick up. Before I could show, she charged the cost for the damage on my card. I am currently in contact with the support team to get that charge waived off. I will not recommend Centauro.

Pros: Overall, my rental was good value and the car itself was exactly what I needed. I also purchased the top-tier insurance package that covers everything, which gave me peace of mind throughout the trip.

Cons: The only downside to the experience was the interaction at the rental desk. Despite clearly having full insurance already, the staff member kept pushing me to buy an additional policy that would have cost around €120—more than the actual rental plus the premium insurance I had already purchased. It felt as though she was trying to make me doubt my existing coverage, even though she knew it was comprehensive. Apart from that, the rental itself was smooth and hassle-free.

Cons: The car was supposed to be fully tanked when picking it up (I was charged 74 EUR for a full tank) but the tank was almost empty. Fortunately I noticed this quite quickly and returned to the pick up spot. It was filled up without any further problems.

Instead of helping resolve the situation they were giving answers "we are still working" for a week! Eventually, when we found the key and returned the car, instead of insurance claim I got charged for extra driver and extra days. Very difficult communications We had to call multiple times, the agents were rude. They never replied email.

Alleen de borg krijg je wel terug aan het einde van de huur periode en het verzekerings geld niet. Zelf had ik al een verzekering afgesloten via discover cars maar zij vertelde dat die helemaal niet goed is. Ze probeerde me echt wat te verkopen en me slecht te voelen dat ik hun verzekering niet nam. Auto had veel schade en niet wat we hadden geboekt
