Pros: Some agents were very good. The drop off was very fast, i think because i had full cover. And the deposit came back after 2 days after delievering the car. After a problem they gave me a new car Tucson 2026 which was greate.

Cons: I had problems with the first car, because it had a problem with the sixth gear. Then it was one of the agents that gave me a car which was for another customer, and i was just lucky that in that car android auto didn't worked, and because of this they discovered that it was not my car, cause i went complaining.

Cons: The fuel policy was not full to full as I had agreed. The car condition was awful, it was full of scratches. The personnel was trying to charge me everyway possible, as it had not filed all the damages of the car from before. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Pros: The service was good....the car felt like it was 20 years old and is the worst car I've driven in the past 25 years. For the record I drive a Mazda not a luxury car.

Pros: I arrived 6 hours early due to change of flight, but they were inflexible to make the change unless I pay €200 extra. Luckily there was a shopping mall nearby and I wasn’t in a rush .

Pros: The e-c3 EV should not be used for rentals at all. The range is too small, charging is super slow and unreliable and expensive and crazy with all the different apps.

Cons: Agent tried to sell their insurance. When I declined that, the agent did not show much courtesy. On return, the agent added a damage on me which I did not cause. Fortunately, I had the picture of the damage while pick up. Before I could show, she charged the cost for the damage on my card. I am currently in contact with the support team to get that charge waived off. I will not recommend Centauro.

Pros: Overall, my rental was good value and the car itself was exactly what I needed. I also purchased the top-tier insurance package that covers everything, which gave me peace of mind throughout the trip.

Cons: The only downside to the experience was the interaction at the rental desk. Despite clearly having full insurance already, the staff member kept pushing me to buy an additional policy that would have cost around €120—more than the actual rental plus the premium insurance I had already purchased. It felt as though she was trying to make me doubt my existing coverage, even though she knew it was comprehensive. Apart from that, the rental itself was smooth and hassle-free.

Cons: The car was supposed to be fully tanked when picking it up (I was charged 74 EUR for a full tank) but the tank was almost empty. Fortunately I noticed this quite quickly and returned to the pick up spot. It was filled up without any further problems.

Instead of helping resolve the situation they were giving answers "we are still working" for a week! Eventually, when we found the key and returned the car, instead of insurance claim I got charged for extra driver and extra days. Very difficult communications We had to call multiple times, the agents were rude. They never replied email.

Alleen de borg krijg je wel terug aan het einde van de huur periode en het verzekerings geld niet. Zelf had ik al een verzekering afgesloten via discover cars maar zij vertelde dat die helemaal niet goed is. Ze probeerde me echt wat te verkopen en me slecht te voelen dat ik hun verzekering niet nam. Auto had veel schade en niet wat we hadden geboekt

Pros: Quick and nice service. I got upgraded to a nicer car. Cars are quite new and they feel fresh. The mileage of the car I got was around 80k kilometers, there were scratches and dents but nothing very big. I would not expect anything more from a cheap rental company. The car was well-equipped.

But upon arrival at the rental office, the price is always about 3 times more than indicated on the discovercars website. Cons: Took a long time to pick up and it was the middle of the night and quiet! Tried selling extra insurance that we already had.

Pros: Oil check, tyre pressure issues. No assistance with the car and how to use an automatic. Too quick to just upset insurance. Awful awful awful.

Pros: Nothing really

Cons: I had to leave card details for any damage. I could only leave details from a VISA or Mastercard credit card, which I don't have. The only way I could keep my booking was to buy their own insurance which cost me an extra £120!

Pros: Service and patience

Pros: Clear instructions on pick up and good minibus service from airport.

Cons: The booking process was simple once at the counter, but the office appeared to operate a numbered ticketing system to service clients in turn. However, having spent two minutes registering for a ticket, one person walked straight up to the counted and was served. The ticketing system was totally ignored by the staff - annoying, and irritating after a three hour flight. Get rid of it.

Pros: Spent long time in one to get a car but the counter lady was very good

Cons: The time waitmug wa not good, the fact I could not use my Amex which I reserved the car under and had to buy insurance under a different card, was not good. I still have not received my deposit back
