Pros: Great choice of cars and hassle free desk service

Cons: Dropping off wasn’t as smooth as picking up. However, handing car over to the representative was great.

Pros: Very good service once we actually got to the desk.

Cons: Far too long spent queuing at Bari Airport. Queuing system completely disorganised. Once we went to collect vehicle it had an illegal tyre which luckily we spotted when photographing the vehicle. We then had to go back to the terminal and wait again at the service desk.

Cons: When the car was initially handed over it wasnt fully clean and there were scratches that became visible once we had been caught in a rain storm. Be very careful to ensure the car is clean as you wont see these scratches until you hand it back.

Cons: Like all rental companies at Bari, picking the car is good 10 to 15 minute walk in searing temperatures; not their fault.
