Pros: I easily found the counter on the airport, waited about 30 minutes queue. The document check was about 10 minutes. The instructions were excellent. They did take a deposit of 200 euros because I had full insurance, but they returned it 3 hours after I dropped off the car. The class of car I had chosen was not available. I got bonus with a better car. Everything was fine.

Cons: The car was not completely cleaned, there was dust inside, but overall it was ok, the outside had not been cleaned recently. There was no water in the wiper bowl

Cons: Dropping off wasn’t as smooth as picking up. However, handing car over to the representative was great.

Pros: Very good service once we actually got to the desk.

Cons: Far too long spent queuing at Bari Airport. Queuing system completely disorganised. Once we went to collect vehicle it had an illegal tyre which luckily we spotted when photographing the vehicle. We then had to go back to the terminal and wait again at the service desk.

Cons: When the car was initially handed over it wasnt fully clean and there were scratches that became visible once we had been caught in a rain storm. Be very careful to ensure the car is clean as you wont see these scratches until you hand it back.
