Pick-up instructions
The customers have to follow the indications to the luggage reclaim belts and once they have arrived to the floor where the belts are located, they should go down to the floor -1 (without leaving the building) by using the lifts or the escalator. They will have to go to the rent a car area and they will find our office there. From 02.11.21 until 30.11.21: All pick-ups will be attended in our office at the parking area.

Pros: Nothing Really, The online reservation seemed good but was woefully let down by the actual hire experience

Cons: I particularly liked the idea I could get an Alfa Romeo, I could have had a volkswagen Golf with the same company for £20 cheaper so I was very disappointed to be given a Golf on pick up. Also the state the car was in with damage on almost every panel! I paid for the car hire online, and have my receipt. I declined the extras yet I have noted two further payments have been taken by Rhodium from my credit card without explanation. I will be disputing this with the credit card company.

Pros: It was the worst car rental experience I've ever had. Nothing to like about it

Cons: I booked the car online for around 200 euros for a week. At the counter, I was given a receipt for around 600 euros. They told me I "HAD" to get insurance, although I already have travel rental car insurance. I "HAD" to select the full fuel option and so many others. I think they are thieves. From now on I'd rather go with more known companies even if they seem more expensive in the beginning.
