Cons: Dva puta sam platio iznajmljivanje Prvi put 29.4.2025 uplaceno je na vas racun 166.10 CHF Drugi put pri preuzimanju auta sam opet platio 159 eura. Rezervoar je bio prazan samo dve crte je imao goriva. Reklisu da ga moram punog vratiti. Takodje je bio pröjav unutar i svana isto su zahtevali da ga moram vratiti cistog ako to ne uradim bicu kaznjen sa 60 eura. Molim vas proverite moje uplate ako sam dva puta platio smatram da mi se treba vratiti moj novac. Mozete me kontaktirati na miju E-postu

Pros: The speed of drop off back to the airport

Cons: I was left waiting at the airport for 45 minutes before being picked up and then when we got to the office I had to wait another 20 minutes before being served then I was told that if the car was dirty when I bought it back I would have to pay a 60 euros charge plus vat unless I agreed to pay 25 euros plus vat in advance. Impossible decision as the roads are so dusty over there

Pros: We got given a better car which was nice considering the fact we had to wait for over one hour and half and that the staff was completely unprofessional and rude.

Cons: The company we rented from was very unprofessional, did not provide a pick up bus as said on the website. They seemed quite dodgy, and were very rude to us at the time of the rental after we had to pay 25 euros to get to the rental location.

Cons: Slow to pick up on arrival, shuttle was just our rental car, in which there wasn't enough space for the agent and our family of four (and the rented child seat was not present) we were pressured into putting our children on our lap for the journey back to the office and the driver was erratic and overtook dangerously. Hard to contact, didn't answer the phone 3 of 4 times called. Extortionate damage charges (430 euros) for extremely minor damage one scratch, less than 1 cm long on rear bumper.

Cons: Avoid avoid avoid At Brindisi Airport we waited for an hour to get collected by the shuttle service. When returning, in Naples, we had to walk ten minutes from the rental car to the airport as they said they had no shuttle bus available. Have not been sent the receipt for the rental either

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 3800.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 22 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 65.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.

Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.10 to 15.04 in the following regions: Aoasta-Valley.

Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 2 hours after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 59 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
