Cons: Shady looking business. (Felirent). Charged me for washing the car (service not included) The security deposit on the card was not pre-authorised but actually charged on the card. The payment for the car wash set a recurring payment on my debit card (why??). I blocked the csrd just in case... The drop off was not obvious.

Cons: Booked a Fiat 500 but was provided Fiat Pandina. The car was excellent but if there was never a 500 available would strongly suggest don’t advertise that it is.

Cons: The fuel tank was supposed to be full - it was only half full. The accusation that I had damaged/scraped a wheel hub and charged €65. I acknowledge that the scrape was there but I didn’t check the wheel hubs when taking the car and have no way of proving whether the damage was there or not. €65 for a scrape on a wheel hub - seriously? A scam in my opinion.

Cons: Ordered a Fiat 500, got a new Panda which is totally ok, but there was a bit of disappointment. Do not advertise a Fiat 500 if you do not have one in your fleet.

Pros: The lady at the rental desk and the shuttle drivers were super friendly and helpful. Rental car was the exact car I had selected (Peugeot 208), which was very comfortable.

Cons: Not so much a dislike, but it would be more convenient if Felirent had their pick-up location at the airport (Brindisi) instead of having to use shuttle bus. However, I knew about this upfront and it is probably also what kept the price lower. Plus, I got to meet shuttle driver Marco who is a lovely man! :)

Pros: I paid PLN 800 for renting a car through discovercars, which was a good price. However, on the spot I had to pay an unplanned PLN 1,100.

Pros: Some of their staff were really nice and we were able to book an upgrade to get a different car.the rest was horrible.

Cons: Faulty car with multiple issues. One day the electronic key stopped working, the manual key also didn’t work. Felirent said to call Roadside assistance which we did. Roadside assistance opened the door and damaged the car. Felirent charged us: 450€ for the physical key lock, 160€ for Roadside assistance, 350€ for the scratch that roadside assistance caused. 😂 Wildest obvious scam I’ve seen in a long time

Cons: Didn't receive a copy of the rental agreement documentation, said it would be emailed but never received anything.

Pros: Everything ok, the only flaw is the failure to receive the rental contract and end of rental document via email, despite checking the accuracy of the email address

Pros: Having to call for the shuttle and then wait for a group of renters to turn up means waiting at the airport longer than I liked. The infrequency of the shuttle is because the agency is a long way off site. This should be made clearer before renting.

Cons: Confusion about ringing the rental company. Number seemed unobtainable but sorted easily via airport info. Shuttle was just outside the airport anyway.

Cons: Het leken aardige betrouwbare mensen die daar werken. Werden opgehaald door meneer die ook enigszins Nederlands sprak. Kregen 1 maand oude fiat Panda mee. En nadat de bestaande schades opgenomen waren , handtekening gezet en we zijn op pad gegaan. Grote fout van mij ik heb geen foto’s genomen van de schades die ze hadden aangewezen. Bij inlevering bleek dat 1 van de schades op de rechter achter bumper toch niet door hun genoteerd zijn en moet die dus gaan betalen. En meneer sprak geen NL meer?!

Cons: The address in GPS will not take you to the return site. Drop a pin on the site in Google maps before you leave. Or search and get directions. The address as listed does not have street number. Not something you want to discover when trying to get to a flight on time!!

Cons: The car was parked in a dark area when I picked it up and damage was noticed the next morning in day light. I was also asked to wash the car before returning it. The screen wash bottle was empty and I had to fill it myself.

Cons: The guy who checked the car walked around the car was walking away and the ran back to the car and checked the front passenger wheel. Obviously he knew that this wheel was damaged before we took the car as it was the only wheel checked! He was rude when speaking to us and kept telling us to claim through our broker! We never mentioned we had a broker so why would he insist we could claim! Done because we refused the insurance this company offered! Will never use this company again!
