Pros: The staff at the pick up / drop off area were helpful and more friendly.
Cons: The Hurd mentality. The company does not think of creating an overall convenient, pleasant experience for the customer. I would like to see more staff available per customer so I don’t have to queue at a high stand. I would prefer to sit and talk to someone either at a desk or comfortable lounge area. I would like the staff at reception to be more professional and friendly. I would like the car to be compact if I have chosen a compact car- not a Fiat Panda!

Pros: Pickup was great in Brindisi. Easy to find, smooth process, quick representative. The car seat was already at the car waiting for us.
Cons: The drop off was horrible. Finding the location was extremely difficult. The voicemail system said they closed at 8pm but actually closed at 6pm so we were stuck with the car an extra day (& charged for it). No drop-off after hours. Luckily the representative (once we found the place) helped us because we couldn't figure out how to get the car to the place so she walked with us to get it. The representative (female) was amazing but not the location, website, voicemail for drop off.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1300.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Vehicle registration fee, Free modifications.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Electric vehicles must be returned with the same battery charge they had when picked up to avoid additional charges (on a per kWh basis). An additional admin fee will be charged if a vehicle is returned with less than 80 % battery charge remaining.
