Noleggiare at Brindisi Airport

Pros: Horrible company. They were quite rude and did not rent us a car despite it was prepaid because we did not have credit card. The payment was not refunded either.

Pros: I originally booked a Golf but was told I'd be given a Punto on arrival, however, I was quickly upgraded to a SUV

Cons: During the online booking it was stated the office was 'in terminal' which makes you think it's in the terminal building. Instead it was a 10 minute walk away

Cons: Gates through to drop off at Bari airport were incredibly tight - could have easily scratched the car going through the gates. Would also have liked to have known about the excess cover before turning up rather than only hearing from the sales agent.

Cons: Attempted to charge me false damage. Drew marks with chalk on the vehicle in an attempt to charge additional fees. Thankfully I had my own photos to negate their claims. Very dishonest.

Cons: Rented a car at Noleggeria through booking.com. It takes a while to find the location. The voucher says they are in arrivals hall. It is 500 meters from the arrivals hall in a small office. It was very busy and chaotic. First they try to sell you extra insurance. I did not do this, I had already taken out extra cover via booking.com. After the administrative process, I received the key to the car, after which I was allowed to sort it out myself. Not very customer friendly. No lap around the car,

Cons: Wrong car that was not even similar to what we requested. Car smelled of smoke. No washer fluid. Poor customer service and speed of service. Inability to understand we returned the car on the same tank level as we received it. And yet we are charged for a full tank. We demand a partial rebate for an entirely sub par and unsatisfactory experience.

Pros: At the desk, they offered a discount to the online price. One of the quickest collection and drop-off interactions I have ever experienced when renting cars!

Cons: The Noleggiare office at Brindisi airport is not in the same building as other car rental companies. It is a slightly longer walk in the other direction when exiting the terminal.

Cons: They are thieves. They charge twice for drop off in different location, even though I paid for that already. Never again!

Cons: Car was slightly damaged and the damage not recorded on rental voucher. We had to point this out on pick up. The fuel tank was also 7/8th full, not full.

Pros: The staff were helpful and the car of a good standard.

Cons: The drop-off location was not in the airport but there was no shuttle due to the time we were returning the car (2:30am). They assured us it was within walking distance but when we mapped it, it was a 25 minute walk. However, the drop off was not at the address provided. After driving around in the middle of the night, we finally found it along the road to the airport. There was no drop box for the key as we were told there would be so we had to leave the key on the tire. Do not recommend.

Cons: They require you to wash and clean the car before returning it, otherwise they charge you about 10€. This information was not clear at the moment of the booking.

Cons: The staff were rude, unhelpful, stand-offish. The car was very damaged with huge dents and the bumper falling off and it wasn’t listed correct on the damages. They were unwilling to change damages form, give me a different car and had to really put up a fight for a refund.

Cons: It was an automatic and we were not offered an option, the office is not really in the main car rental building but slightly off site which took a little time to locate . We found the staff very cold and unfriendly, it was as if the job was beneath them and we felt like we were bothering them . No warm Italian welcome .

Cons: Waiting over an hour to collect the car, as only one member of staff, long queue, small stuffy office. 2nd member of staff eventually turned up, over complicated paperwork involving photo copying everything, there must be a better system to use?
