Cons: The evening service agents were unhelpful for myself and other clients at the same time with the same issue: we had paid for a 2nd driver, they would provide no proof of it and didn’t enter the second driver info into the system- it felt like they couldn’t be bothered and we felt taken advantage of

Cons: Watch out! They scammed me with my booking. Giving me an automatic when I had booked a manual. When I said I didn’t want the automatic they then said it was the same price, no worries. After the booking they added almost €500 for the automatic. Now europcar refuses to help me in this situation. Never book with them.

Cons: Not received the car which I rented. I had a Cupra Sport car SUV with lots of cool features, instead I received a French "grandmother" SUV. Also the last time I rented a Golf and I received a fully demolished old shitty car. The agent did not help me or offer me anything else. Will never ever book with Keddy's.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1300.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, Vehicle registration fee, Free modifications, Railway fee, Port fee.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 3 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
Deposit and deductible policy

Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Child seat (2-4 years of age), Snow chains.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.


Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Electric vehicles must be returned with the same battery charge they had when picked up to avoid additional charges (on a per kWh basis). An additional admin fee will be charged if a vehicle is returned with less than 80 % battery charge remaining.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.10 to 15.04 in the following regions: Aoasta-Valley.

Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 29 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
