Pros: All in all everything was good. The car was as good as new (12K km), after I called them - they arrived promptly to pick me up at the airport, no queue at the desk.

Cons: The same to same fuel policy is a pain, figuring out how to return the car in the same cleanliness is difficult and takes time - in the South of Italy, the amount of dust is huge. The online check-in didn't work. Not sure if it was because of their system issues or the fact that the online check-in opened up "embedded" in Discovercars mobile app as a webview?

Pros: The upgrade to the expected car

Cons: We were supposed to board at 8:50 AM, but our car agency hadn’t arrived by 8:20 AM, despite our agreed-upon drop-off time. We tried to meet at 7:00 AM, but they wouldn’t meet before 8:00 AM, making it already tight to be on time to board. We called them, but got no response. Fortunately, a nearby car agent , from Vivante,offered to give us a ride, saving us from missing our flight. We haven’t received any apologies or any communication at all. Would not recommend at all this agency

Cons: No shuttlebus, pick-up spot in full sun, and if you are 6 meters away in the shadow, they don’t find you. As they picked up with car instead of bus, it was also difficult to find.

Pros: The rental car agent, Tamara, was one of the most unfriendly and unhelpful representatives I have ever encountered. Her demeanor bordered on rude, and she showed little willingness to assist with even basic questions. She rushed through the paperwork without explaining any of the conditions, and I was never shown an actual contract — she claimed it was emailed to me. This lack of transparency, combined with her dismissive attitude, made the experience unnecessarily frustrating and unprofessional

Cons: First the agent tried to give a very dirty inside and out car. Then she said there would be a charge of 40 euros if the car is not returned clean. When I said the car is already not clean and insisted I get a clean car, she switched me.

Cons: I didn’t like that I bought the total insurance from discover cars but Rental Plus said if there was damage I had to pay them for the repairs and then contact Discover Cars to get reimbursed. That felt wrong

Cons: There was a lady on the desk that rolled her eyes and rudely gestured about the people picking up the car before us because they had walked off because they thought they were done at the desk, completely unprofessional and uncalled for. She acted like a mean school girl was super sassy like she ruled the roost is obviously very comfortable in her position there. Not a nice woman.

Cons: We arrived on time but transfer car not there. Unsure about where exactly to wait for transfer car. No car with correct logo. Phoned office after 20 minutes. No car. A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): EU countries.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.

By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.10 to 15.04 in the following regions: Aoasta-Valley.

Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
