Filorent at Brindisi Airport

Pros: Very efficient, quick service and friendly staff

Cons: Given a larger car than we requested.

Cons: It wasn't completely clear where the shuttle picked up. It drops off at departures and picks up at arrivals so you worry if you might miss it. Be clearer if it dropped off and picked up at the same page

Pros: Fast & easy

Cons: Nothing, everything ok

Pros: Todo, el servicing el auto fueron excelentes

Pros: It is real value for money. We advised it to several friends.

Pros: The guy in the car park was very helpful, even he didn't solve the problem, but at least he tried.

Cons: Very slow pickup registration.

Cons: I received the car with a 3/4 tank. While refueling, the dashboard gauge failed to update in real time, forcing me to fill it completely to avoid unfairly high penalty fees. Despite returning a full tank (4/4) with the gas receipt, they refused to refund the extra fuel. A total money-grab strategy. Avoid!

Cons: It would be better if there was a whatsapp number to call so its easier for foreigners. Otherwise it was perfect

Pros: Everything exactly as described - almost new car No hassle - very easy

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Les personnes ont pris le temps de nous donner les explications, malgré la barrière de la langue. Ils n'ont pas insisté pour prendre des assurances en plus de ceux qui avaient déjà prise avec Discovers cars

Pros: Great car at a great price. Ease of use and collection and drop off

Pros: Friendly, efficient, speak English, helpful

Pros: Friendly, wasy

Cons: The minivan drivers to and from the airport drove eratically

Pros: Everything except the shuttle bus.service

Cons: Shuttle bus was very slow to pick us up from the airport

Pros: Very cooperative when we needed to change the renter / contract holder in a late stage.

Cons: Car was delivered uncleaned and still had to be washed and vacuumed - what they promptly did but took another 15 minutes. The 'full-full-policy' turned out to be more like a '70%-70%-policy', which is a bit of a nuisance.

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Nothing wrong

Pros: Staff are very friendly and helpful. Courtesy Airport shuttle was great too

Cons: Nothing at this point.

Pros: Got a brand new car and bigger then class i booked

Cons: car wasn't clean on the outside, but was in a dusty side parking lot

Pros: Simpatia del personale

Pros: Great value for money. After arriving in Brindisi, we were picked up following a phone call and taken to the parking lot 2 minutes away. The service at the counter was professional and efficient. The same applied to the return. I will book here again next time I visit Salento!

Cons: Car wasn't very clean, but no matter. After a few days beach nobody noticed it

Pros: Fares honored, simplicity of documents, speed of service, responsiveness

Cons: Trying to find bus when arriving. A description of bus or photo would be helpful.

Pros: Amazing car.

Pros: Nessun problema tutto come previsto

Pros: Car was clean and in good condition.

Cons: Pickup from arrivals was a bit chaotic and took some time

Pros: The rent went smoothly and the car was in perfect conditions. They were extremely efficient in helping us during the drop-off and prevented us from losing our flight, since we were late.

Pros: Had a brand new car and much bigger than I expected considering I had the cheapest class of vehicle.

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: Great English and very pleasant

Cons: nothing

Pros: Pick up in Brindisi was excellent, Car was excellent

Cons: Bari drop was no sign for rental return and no available parking at the location. I stood in line at the door for fifteen minutes with 12 other people. Eventually someone who was also returning a car came out of the office and told the 15 people that the line we were waiting in was for rentals and the returns were downstairs at the back of the building. As it turns out all 15 people were returning cars. The return area was unmarked and gentleman very rude. Shuttle area was unmarked and full

Pros: Super helpful staff, nice car. Easy pick up & drop off.

Pros: Price vs value

Cons: The condition of the shuttle bus

Pros: Lovely car, great price, excellent service

Pros: Agents were very polite and accommodating. Honored our voucher even though there was a slight discrepancy in amount on their records.

Cons: Shuttle service slow at collection. Also when we returned the car after two weeks, there was no one in the office to finalize paperwork. We were told by the shuttle driver the office would be closed all day.

Pros: Best car rental experience ever.Straightforward, no hassle, very organised, no hidden surprises

Pros: Excellent service and car was brilliant and exactly as described and ordered.

Pros: Kind and efficient customer service

Cons: Long shuttle to rental location

Pros: Fairly quick transfer from the airport. Quick paperwork (although completely paperless!) in the office. The agent did not even try to sell me any additional insurance which is great because that way they don't confuse people (I simply insured the excess elsewhere earlier). The car was exactly the one advertised. It had a diesel engine with very low fuel consumption and good power!

Cons: The only thig missing is that the car was not washed from the outside and there was not a single drop of liquid in for the windscreen spraying:)

Pros: Nice and helpful staff, quickly managed pickup and drop off. Car was in good condition

Cons: There was no washer liquid n the car and the windscreen was quite dirty on the inside. There is roomfor improvement

Pros: Efficiency

Cons: Where to meet pick up bus

Pros: Very helpful stayed open even though my flight was delayed. But I had to pay for this.

Cons: 60 Euros charge to stay open late is excessive. The windscreen washer water was not checked or filled up.

Pros: Brilliant response when we had to change details if our booking due to unforseen circumstances. Follow up messages and reassurances received via phone call and What's App. Great customer service and I'll be happy to use them again.

Pros: Great service. Will definitely use them agsin

Pros: Really friendly staff, very accommodating.

Cons: We were charged €60 extra because our flight was delayed, which meant they had to stay out of hours. Totally fair enough as it wasn’t Filorent’s fault, and that their agent had to work extra. However there were 2 or 3 other groups picking up that had delayed flights who were also charged the same. Sort of felt maybe a bit unfair to charge as much as €60 extra for each group.

Pros: The time spent dropping off the car and the shuttle service.

Cons: The unclarity where we would be picked up; the time it took for the shuttle to come and also not being told how it looked like. So basically every van that came was hauled over as we did not want to miss that.

Cons: the driver that pick you up from the airport to the rental desk was driving to quicky and was on the phone the whole time...

Pros: Really friendly staff at reception. Always replied to email questions. No pressure applied for trying to take out their own 'full insurance'. Overall a pleasant experience.

Cons: All a good experience

Pros: Friendly check in staff

Pros: Car was excellent, very clean

Cons: A little bit difficult to find them when first arrived at airport.

Pros: Really good value for the price.

Pros: very friendly and efficient

Cons: n/a

Pros: Filorent guy ( minibus driver) how help us to find the rental desk was service minded.

Cons: Car had a damage already when I got it in Brindisi and rental agent in had not notice that, I had to point out the damage. Car was not well washed and washer fluid wasn’t filled enough. For the next customer I hope better customer care in Brindisi service point. Maybe the map for drop off in Bari airport would be a good idea. It is difficult to find.

Pros: The reps were generally pleasant

Cons: Poor instructions for the spot for the pick up bus. The pick up bus was jamed with luggage blocking the isles

Pros: To took the car easy and uncomplcated

Cons: Chexk the car good beforde you take it in the evening when its dark. They declare an old damage as a new and…

Pros: Car was fine, did the job, clean and tidy.

Cons: Shuttle from the airport didn't arrive for 50 minutes, phoned 6 times and kept being told it was on its way, despite it being a 7 minute drive. There were about 30 people waiting for the bus when it turned up, and we had bags piled high next to us in the aisle of the vehicle when getting collected. Then had another 30 minute wait at the office before collecting the vehicle. Took about 2 hours from getting out of the airport to leaving with the car.

Pros: Vriendelijk personeel

Cons: Alles verliep goed

Pros: the speed in starting and ending rental operations

Cons: The only drawback is the failure to receive emails at the beginning and end of the rental, despite checking the correct address

Pros: Everything was simple and easy to understand from an English speaking tourist.

Cons: NO complaints.

Pros: Helpful staff-quick and effi

Pros: It was a very good car , an upgrade.

Cons: By the G7 top a lot of roads were blocked by police , so I couldn’t tank in the neighbourhood of Filorent. This was no problem they said , but I payed 62,5 € for fuelling a tank that was 3/4 full. In normal conditions this would not be happened to me… So avoid a tank that is not full !

Pros: Very easy pickup from Brindisi and return to Bari.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Even if the surcharge is part of the 4 pages rental agreement, nobody reads it completely and the other rental company located next door didn't apply it.

Pros: Ease of use/ Agents knowledge/Agents English very good luckily as my Italian is not

Cons: Not a case of didn’t like but pick up from Airport to car depot bit of a faf as had to wait 15mins then had 10-15 mins drive.

Pros: The price; great car; efficient associate at desk for both pick up & drop off

Cons: It was not clear that I would be shuttled off site from airport to collect the car; communication regarding where to meet shuttle or how shuttle would be identified were not provided; very limited storage in shuttle - customers were require to hold all luggage on their laps during shuttle ride

Pros: Friendly efficient service

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Great car, we chose automatic and Google maps was available when we linked using USB port

Cons: Efficient

Pros: Car was clean and well presented. Customer service agent at the pick up location was superb

Cons: We had a 05:55 flight from Brindisi but couldn’t drop the car off until 04:30 which meant we then had to rush once we were dropped at the airport and as my wife has limited mobility, this caused an issue with her booked assistance.

Pros: Quality of welcome

Cons: pickup at airport (when arriving)

Pros: everything

Cons: The agency was too hard to find

Cons: Car hire is very expensive in Italy

Pros: Accueil, réactivité, qualité du service, prix très compétitifs.

Pros: Rapidité et disponibilité des gens

Cons: rien

Pros: The man who we collected from did his best to provide us with the car ordered but it took ages , and was very late setting off in dark as a result

Cons: Treatment at end, another can must have nudged us while parked at night, only damage and that was slight( we could and should hve just bent it back and said nothing as it was minimal and definitely nit our doing , we are 70s and very careful of hire cars , but the woman barked and corrected me loudly in front of other clients, se was certain I didn’t understand the rules, we were not insured with you etc etc, I DID understand but I also understood that as we were insured it was going to cost

Pros: Friendly, efficient, car in good condition.

Cons: Had to wait longer than expected for the shuttle. Also shuttle bus was not clearly identified, it in fact was the shuttle bus for ParkingGo and it had no markings on the bus either. The only indication was the tee shirt of the driver. My wife had to ask any bus driver that pulled into the area.

Pros: Great communication, efficient service, quick transfer to/from the airport, friendly staff, and affordable prices.

Pros: Once we got over the confusion of how to get from airport to Filorent premises (language barrier) then everything went smooth. Nice people.

Pros: Friendly staff

Cons: Connecting with the shuttle bus from the airport to Filorent

Pros: Fast pick up and and drop off. Kindness of the agents

Cons: I prefer a Full to Full fuel policy instead of the like for Like

Pros: I’m disappointed

Cons: Terrible!

Pros: Excellent efficient friendly staff

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Fine car and nice people

Cons: Could be easier to find the pick up place at the airport. The rest is perfect. Still waiting for my money on my creditcard to be released. Thakes a while.

Pros: Other than the fact a shuttle service is required to get you to the rental desk, the whole process was very straightforward.

Pros: Kindness and friendliness of employees. Car had GPL.

Cons: Would have loved more help in getting from the car dropping location to train station.

Pros: Efficient, no hard selling of add-ons

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Very helpful staff

Cons: The shuttle service a little slow due to too many people arriving at the same time. Space very limited on the shuttle

Pros: Filorent had a great rate, very simple to get the car & friendly service. Well worth taking the shuttle away from the airport

Pros: friendly, we got a bigger car (nissan cashquai) instead of a really smal renault twingo or similar, then we wanted to rent the car 2 days longer, it was no problem at all they immediately arranged it.

Pros: Pick up was straightforward once at the off site location

Cons: Mayhem trying to get to the off site location from the airport. One small van and a lot of people. Poorly marked pick up location. Office doesn’t open before 8am (despite needing to drop off at 7.15 for flight).

Pros: Best rental experience in Italy by far. We always dread car rentals in Italy. Experience tells us that you have to wait for ages, and be received by rude arrogant staff who don't give a monkies about you or your rental. Filorent in Brindisi were brilliant, polite, interested, helpful and most important of all QUICK.

Cons: Renting cars in Italy is unnecessarily expensive. But there's nothing much you can do about that apart from improve their economy and their bank lending rates.

Pros: One of the easiest, quickest, simplest car rental experiences I've had in Italy. Although the car hire is a short distance from the airport terminal ( 5 minutes by shuttle bus) it did not cause any delay and was very efficient.

Cons: nothing

Pros: The car was new.

Cons: The pickup took well over an hour. We got charged an additional €91 euro because the credit car was in the name of the second named driver. Staff were extremely unhelpful. They didn’t seem to know what we had actually booked, stating it had been done through Discover Cars, even though we were standing in from of them looking to pick it up!! We still haven’t received our deposit back. Avoid at all cost. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Pros: Staff were very helpful and informative. There were no nasty surprises or pressure to make you purchase any additional extras.

Pros: Fast delivery, the car was new, they drove us to the airport after returning the car

Pros: Ok

Cons: Did not get the car we expected.

Pros: Friendly, fast, chilled out

Cons: Some time to travel to pick up in minibus

Pros: Good car, but it was already damaged by pick-up. This was neatly noted, and was no discussion when returned.

Pros: Terrible queues, no service, no operators

Cons: Nice car.

Pros: They were efficient and friendly.

Cons: No problems.

Pros: Very happy with filorent. Lovely staff. Very helpful

Cons: Liked everything

Pros: Fine car

Cons: pick up and drop off, very poorly organised

Pros: Excellent service. Car was in great condition and clean. No issues.

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Zeer Vriendelijk personeel

Cons: Net

Pros: quick and polite

Cons: Renault Twingo not particularly nice to drive, windscreen wipers worn

Pros: Quick service.

Pros: I was lucky i had a brand new car. We took our time to look for any damage and both took video's. No issues upon return.

Pros: Kind and professional staff. Excellent service from the very beginning, airport shuttle, office and back to the airport. Congratulations and our special thanks to Andrea and Rocco.

Cons: We had to pay twice for insurance because the car rental agency wouldn't accept Amex card for the deposit. First time it has happened to me, a very frustrating experience.

Cons: I had to wait 30 minutes for the bus that picked me up at the airport

Pros: They gave us a damaged car when we came back to replace it they charged the gas

Pros: Brand new car

Cons: Pick up at the airport wasn’t easy at all as the instructions were not clear. It took us more than an hour to find the right van that was supposed to pick us up.
