Cons: Car was delivered uncleaned and still had to be washed and vacuumed - what they promptly did but took another 15 minutes. The 'full-full-policy' turned out to be more like a '70%-70%-policy', which is a bit of a nuisance.

Cons: Bari drop was no sign for rental return and no available parking at the location. I stood in line at the door for fifteen minutes with 12 other people. Eventually someone who was also returning a car came out of the office and told the 15 people that the line we were waiting in was for rentals and the returns were downstairs at the back of the building. As it turns out all 15 people were returning cars. The return area was unmarked and gentleman very rude. Shuttle area was unmarked and full

Pros: Fairly quick transfer from the airport. Quick paperwork (although completely paperless!) in the office. The agent did not even try to sell me any additional insurance which is great because that way they don't confuse people (I simply insured the excess elsewhere earlier). The car was exactly the one advertised. It had a diesel engine with very low fuel consumption and good power!

Cons: The only thig missing is that the car was not washed from the outside and there was not a single drop of liquid in for the windscreen spraying:)

Cons: We were charged €60 extra because our flight was delayed, which meant they had to stay out of hours. Totally fair enough as it wasn’t Filorent’s fault, and that their agent had to work extra. However there were 2 or 3 other groups picking up that had delayed flights who were also charged the same. Sort of felt maybe a bit unfair to charge as much as €60 extra for each group.

Pros: The time spent dropping off the car and the shuttle service.

Cons: The unclarity where we would be picked up; the time it took for the shuttle to come and also not being told how it looked like. So basically every van that came was hauled over as we did not want to miss that.

Cons: Car had a damage already when I got it in Brindisi and rental agent in had not notice that, I had to point out the damage. Car was not well washed and washer fluid wasn’t filled enough. For the next customer I hope better customer care in Brindisi service point. Maybe the map for drop off in Bari airport would be a good idea. It is difficult to find.

Cons: Shuttle from the airport didn't arrive for 50 minutes, phoned 6 times and kept being told it was on its way, despite it being a 7 minute drive. There were about 30 people waiting for the bus when it turned up, and we had bags piled high next to us in the aisle of the vehicle when getting collected. Then had another 30 minute wait at the office before collecting the vehicle. Took about 2 hours from getting out of the airport to leaving with the car.

Cons: By the G7 top a lot of roads were blocked by police , so I couldn’t tank in the neighbourhood of Filorent. This was no problem they said , but I payed 62,5 € for fuelling a tank that was 3/4 full. In normal conditions this would not be happened to me… So avoid a tank that is not full !

Cons: Had to wait longer than expected for the shuttle. Also shuttle bus was not clearly identified, it in fact was the shuttle bus for ParkingGo and it had no markings on the bus either. The only indication was the tee shirt of the driver. My wife had to ask any bus driver that pulled into the area.

Pros: friendly, we got a bigger car (nissan cashquai) instead of a really smal renault twingo or similar, then we wanted to rent the car 2 days longer, it was no problem at all they immediately arranged it.

Cons: Mayhem trying to get to the off site location from the airport. One small van and a lot of people. Poorly marked pick up location. Office doesn’t open before 8am (despite needing to drop off at 7.15 for flight).

Pros: Best rental experience in Italy by far. We always dread car rentals in Italy. Experience tells us that you have to wait for ages, and be received by rude arrogant staff who don't give a monkies about you or your rental. Filorent in Brindisi were brilliant, polite, interested, helpful and most important of all QUICK.

Cons: Renting cars in Italy is unnecessarily expensive. But there's nothing much you can do about that apart from improve their economy and their bank lending rates.

Pros: One of the easiest, quickest, simplest car rental experiences I've had in Italy. Although the car hire is a short distance from the airport terminal ( 5 minutes by shuttle bus) it did not cause any delay and was very efficient.

Cons: The pickup took well over an hour. We got charged an additional €91 euro because the credit car was in the name of the second named driver. Staff were extremely unhelpful. They didn’t seem to know what we had actually booked, stating it had been done through Discover Cars, even though we were standing in from of them looking to pick it up!! We still haven’t received our deposit back. Avoid at all cost. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.
