Sicily By Car at Brindisi Airport

Pros: The check out experience in Rome was excellent and very professional and courteous.

Cons: The check in left much to be desired.

Pros: No funny business - I did lots of research on different vendors. Sicily by car seems to have been the only one not adding additional costs and using false advertising. This proved to be true in our case as well. The agent was straightforward, the car was in good condition, and the location at the airport made things much easier for those of us arriving by plane. Dropping off the car took less than 5 minutes as well.

Cons: It was a little difficult to hear the agent through the glass at the rental facility. That's all I have.

Pros: The Sicily by Car desk at the airport is well and easily located, but we were unsure where to actually collect the car. The parking is right on the edge of the airport which is absolutely fine but it wasn’t clear how to find it so we had to wander round a bit.

Pros: Nothing! Worst service and company ever I have booked by Discover Cars

Cons: Totally scam! I bought by Discover Cars an extra insurance for everything and was asked anywaysw to pay extra 20 EUR a day + 18EUR/day tax = 38 EUR par day additionally (!) for using debit card. Whereis stated that they accept debit cards! The car itself was 2 years old but had 88 000 kmtrs run, very stinky, lot's of damages and scratches. Rude desk manager, was doing everything slowly even I did a pre-check-in. She was talking private talks by phone, whilst having let me waiting

Cons: First of all, they made me pay an extra for a car they never delivered, a Mercedez Vito or something similar, and they gave me something very large that was difficult to drive. When I sent my discomfort to customer service, no one responded to me throughout my trip. I had to pay additional parking costs for having an extra large car. And to finish the car, arriving to deliver it to the city of Naples, it began to have a failure not caused by me, which made me wait and waste time for nothing.

Pros: Awful. Had to OAM an extra 450 euros for waiting to pay with a debut care at the deal.

Cons: location did even have the model car I requested. The car was dirty (externally), broken Plastic fender cover was glued back on. A piece of window trim was coming off.

Cons: Very very long waiting line. We spent two hours before reaching the counter. Unacceptable! The car was not clean and dented all over.

Cons: We were told that we needed to pay their insurance of 19 euro a day or pay a couple of thousand on a credit card as a deposit. We were also told that the insurance we purchased through you would not cover the damage adequately. Absolutely dreadful!

Cons: It's a nightmare to get cars in and out of their area also the car we had was covered in dents and the carpet in the foot well had a big hole in it. I have not had a problem before and it may be due to a shortage of cars and being able to get new ones.

Cons: Be aware that waits to pick up the car can be very long. Smart customers will sprint to the car desk after their flight ends and be at the head of the line.

Cons: I have paid double full insurance, when you pick up the car you are so pressured to take out insurance again. Because of this I paid hundreds of euros twice.

Pros: It was easy, the people were helpful and friendly and I liked the car. Enjoyed driving the Fiat Panda which I have been told by friends is almost the national car of Italy.

Pros: Registering to pick up the car in Brindisi was a complete hassle- very, very long wait to get to the desk agent , the room was extremely hot, the agents were VERY slow!
