Pros: Check out to receive car was quick and professional
Cons: The drop off was so overloaded with cars that the attendant yelled at me to just leave without checking fuel (full) or any damages (none) but then charged us for another day rental because he was so overwhelmed by drop offs occurring at once, he was acting like a crazy, angry man. The worst service I’ve ever gotten from any rental agency, ever!

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Electric vehicles must be returned with the same battery charge they had when picked up to avoid additional charges (on a per kWh basis). An additional admin fee will be charged if a vehicle is returned with less than 20 % battery charge remaining.
