Toyota C-HR

Cons: Everything. Customer queries unresponsive

Fiat 500
3/30/26

Pros: Very simple, great price, nice people atnd at the airport

Cons: Better key box would be good not a small hole cut in a shutter
United Kingdom
Volkswagen Polo
10/1/25

Pros: Nothing. They are scam merchants and I want the money back that I was forced to pay for a second lot of full coverage insurance. Autovia told me that I should request a refund from Discover Cars for the insurance I paid when booking.

Cons: Everything. The service agents were rude and behaved appallingly to everyone. One of them was also openly antisemitic to an Orthodox Jewish man - screaming at him and threatening to call the police simply because he, like us, declined to pay the exorbitant additional insurance which was a scam. The most appalling customer experience ever. We also had to wait approx 2 hours because every single person was disputing the additional charges they were being levied.
Sweden
Volkswagen Polo
9/18/25

Cons: Det var att agenten på flygplatsen försökte att sälja på mig en massa försäkringar som jag redan betalt.
Poland
Toyota Yaris
7/25/25

Pros: Auto było nie umyte, musiałam zwrócić czysty samochód .
United Kingdom
Volkswagen Golf
9/22/24

Pros: Decent car

Cons: falsely claimed damage was caused by me and charged for the repair
Japan
Volkswagen Polo
9/1/24

Pros: Fast

Cons: They asked me more money to get full coverage insurance but I had already paid for it. Tey give me a big car when I asked a small one. No assistance from desk to pick up place, only directions given. No explanation about car commands from pick up guy.
Switzerland
Toyota Yaris
4/22/24

Cons: When I arrived they just give me the key and the contract, nobody was there to check the car with me, when I bring back they said that a scratch was not there before, and I’m positive that was already there!!
