Pros: Nothing. They are scam merchants and I want the money back that I was forced to pay for a second lot of full coverage insurance. Autovia told me that I should request a refund from Discover Cars for the insurance I paid when booking.
Cons: Everything. The service agents were rude and behaved appallingly to everyone. One of them was also openly antisemitic to an Orthodox Jewish man - screaming at him and threatening to call the police simply because he, like us, declined to pay the exorbitant additional insurance which was a scam. The most appalling customer experience ever. We also had to wait approx 2 hours because every single person was disputing the additional charges they were being levied.

Driver requirements

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid an additional charge per liter/gallon of missing fuel plus a 25 EUR refueling service charge.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.10 to 15.04 in the following regions: Aoasta-Valley.

Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 60 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
