Pros: When I picked up the car in Brindisi Airport, the woman at the counter was quite unfriendly and did not take my concerns seriously. She also refused to accept my card because it said “debit” on it, even though it is both a debit and a credit card. She was not willing to listen or consider this explanation. Additionally, the staff member who handed over the car gave no explanation or information at all — he simply walked me to the car and left. The vehicle itself was not clean, inside or outside.
Cons: On a positive note, the car was very pleasant to drive, and the return process at Bari Porto was quick and friendly.

Cons: No one to approve your returned car. However they are honest and don’t try to charge you for extras when you had to leave your car unexamined in order to catch a flight.
Pros: The price was good, considering I rented an SUV in Puglia during the peak summer season, so that's fine. I also appreciated the online customer service (customerservice@drivalia.com) when I asked them to provide a report attesting to the good condition of the car I dropped off at the airport early in the morning, when the office was closed. I also appreciated how quickly the security deposit was refunded to my credit card.
Cons: The lady at the counter spoke too quietly, behind a glass without amplification, it was hard to understand her. She was annoyed about having to repeat herself and treated customers as if they couldn’t understand. Long queue and a wait of about an hour at the counter. The contract was never sent via email, I discovered the damages to the car at the parking lot. There, no one was available to clarify why the fuel level was at 90% instead of full. The car was also dirty.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.

Electric vehicles must be returned with the same battery charge they had when picked up to avoid additional charges (on a per kWh basis). An additional admin fee will be charged if a vehicle is returned with less than 95 % battery charge remaining.
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.10 to 15.04 in the following regions: Aoasta-Valley.
