Target Rent at Brindisi Airport

Pros: Very quick service, good vehicle and great proce

Cons: Everything was good

Pros: Quick and efficient

Cons: Nice mew car, clean

Pros: Unfortunately, the car wasn't half full. I returned it with a full tank and the agent told me it was my loss. This is unfair practice. I wonder if the previous customer was charged for not having a full tank of fuel?

Pros: Speedy . Interesting the new cash topic is €10 charge to clean the car after the hire

Pros: Affordable, on-site airport location, very nice agents

Cons: Everything was good

Pros: the first price was very attractive.

Cons: the car was (deliberately) missing the parcel shelf which also covered the contents of the trunk. The extra costs to have a full insurance are a non sense

Pros: We had a brand new car

Pros: Fast and a good car.

Cons: Very hard to find the rental desk as no signage in the dark

Pros: Everything was smooth.

Cons: The car could have been cleaner.

Pros: It was fast and effortless to pick up the car

Cons: Nothing! The only minor complaint is that Discovercars should update the pick-up information

Pros: I was worried that Target rent is some distance from the airport but shuttle service very efficient and the car can be dropped off in a special parking area at the airport at the end of the rental period.

Cons: No user manual in car. Tyre pressure hadn't been checked before we picked up the car so a warning light came on during the rental period.

Pros: They were kind, fast and no extra costs. The car was perfect

Pros: Ottimo servizio. Marco conducente della navetta estremamente gentile e veloce.

Pros: Speedy and easy

Cons: Nothing to dislike

Pros: Smooth and flexible

Pros: I will rent agsin from Target Rent for sure. The whole process was great

Pros: The staff were friendly and the car was extremely clean and a great car. They showed us how to connect the phone to the car for navigation

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Poor arrangements for shuttle service. Poor customer care lack of communication about the processes, and a refund policy that means you have to wait 10 days to get your deposit back

Pros: Easy, efficient service throughout.

Pros: Good car, good price friendly staff

Cons: The location of the drop off site was difficult to find.

Pros: Very friendly and efficient. When I noticed a small unreported damage to a wheel, they quickly updated their computer and emailed me an updated report.

Cons: We had to wait 10 minutes for the shuttle bus to arrive and then drove for another 10 minutes. As long as people expect up to 20 minutes from airport to car then everything else went smoothly.

Pros: The car was ready for pick up. It was clean and functioning properly. Car was not very old, so it was fun to drive.

Cons: The contact numbers provided by them are sometimes busy for a long time or switched off. Most of the staff does not speak English, so it was difficult to explain them to arrange the shuttle service for pick up and drop. I feel they deliberately miss out some existing scratches and dents on the car. Its better to examine the car and take photos/videos of the car from inside and outside and request to update the contract if anything damage is found which is not already marked in the contract.

Cons: Arrived at gate 1 min before it closed, due to misinformation from rental staff about car drop off time

Pros: The car was clean

Cons: Dismissive customer service from the 2 girls at the desk in the airport, horrible drop off point and journey back to the airport, and hidden costs that were not at all clear in the agreement regarding insurance

Pros: Friendly shuttle service and honest rental agents

Cons: A little out of the way from the airport

Pros: They obviously look well after their cars. The whole process from booking to drop off is well organized.

Cons: A bit more friendliness at the front desk would be the finishing touch.

Cons: Car had no radio and washing fluid.

Pros: Den Preis / Leistung. Einfachheit der Mietwagen zu Bestellen.

Pros: La ragazza alla reception sa fare il suo lavoro.

Cons: La non puntualità è la grande maleducazione del titolare.

Pros: Stefano was great with getting me checked in and out

Cons: Very slow they switched my car last minute had to wait 20 min additional for them to clean the car

Pros: We ordered a medium sized automatic and were given a brand new car. Full marks. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The check in was very good, and shuttle back to the airport was efficient.

Cons: The pick up and check out was too long - over 2 hours. The directions on how to access SS16 were very poor - all it takes is some signage. We had to ask a person outside the Target Rent premises, otherwise we would have entered SS16 the wrong way!

Pros: Very helpful

Pros: la vettura nuova e lavata e la riconsegna

Cons: la disorganizzazzione all'aeroporto e il tempo per ritirare la macchina 2 ore

Pros: 4am return and drop off to Brindisi airport was great

Pros: Good car, nice employee.

Cons: Too high security deposit.

Pros: The car was all good.

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Friendly

Cons: Nothing

Cons: We are waiting 16 hours for the Service Truck.

Pros: They did not quibble when we asked for a different car and then gave us a much more suitable car

Cons: They tried to give us a a. Smart car despite seeing that there were 3of us and our luggage. We asked for a different car.
