Pros: Very easy pick-up and drop-off
Cons: Very high deposit
Pros: Everything went very smoothly until drop off. The car was great, pick up was very fast and friendly.
Cons: At drop off, they only had one van transferring to the airport which, because of an accident on route, it was very late transferring. They should have two vans for any eventuality.
Pros: Quick and supportive
Cons: Baby chair and high insurance costs
Pros: Very Profesional and Fast!!
Cons: all good
Pros: Drop off was easy They did actually exchange the car when In turned up
Cons: It was unclear where to meet them at the airport and took a lot of time to find them. The first car was in bad condition with the brakes dangerously bad. They did not answer the phone and it took 3 days to respond to email and has no FAQs regarding defective cars. The car was not the quality of a Seat Ibiza, it was a cheap Chinese car. When I exchanged the car there was no courtesy offering for me going out of my way, I had to drive away from the rental shop with defective brakes to fill tank
