Cons: They try to Fine you for every shit
Pros: Very friendly employee during car drop off.
Cons: I had a very disappointing experience with Record Go at Gran Canaria Airport. Despite already purchasing full insurance through DiscoverCars, the agent insisted I had no valid coverage and tried to pressure me into buying additional insurance on the spot. Even after showing proof of my policy, she dismissed it, claimed they had “never seen insurance like this,” and suggested I had been scammed. This was extremely unprofessional and misleading. It made for a very stressful and upsetting start t
Pros: Car good , drop off and shuttle bus from airport good.
Cons: Pick up took ages a queue of people, some technical problems, could have done with more staff
Pros: Excellent service
Cons: On the flyer, the itinerary for restitution is ambiguous.. At the first roundabout, it is said 2nd exit with post Las Puntillas. The second exit is right, but the post is on the third exit, which is ambiguous.
Pros: profesionelle abfertigung bei der über- und rückgabe
Cons: zu lange wartezeit am flughafen bis ich durch ihren mitarbeiter abheholt wurde
