Cons: They said they couldn't charge the deposit to a debit card and that they only accept physical credit cards, and they said that paying an additional 50% on top for insurance was the only way to get the car.

Cons: To long wait a transfers to pickup places (ca 30 min) , and missing a sign for the rental company name on the meeting place in the airport

Pros: Everything went very smoothly until drop off. The car was great, pick up was very fast and friendly.

Cons: At drop off, they only had one van transferring to the airport which, because of an accident on route, it was very late transferring. They should have two vans for any eventuality.

Cons: It was unclear where to meet them at the airport and took a lot of time to find them. The first car was in bad condition with the brakes dangerously bad. They did not answer the phone and it took 3 days to respond to email and has no FAQs regarding defective cars. The car was not the quality of a Seat Ibiza, it was a cheap Chinese car. When I exchanged the car there was no courtesy offering for me going out of my way, I had to drive away from the rental shop with defective brakes to fill tank

Cons: There was only one operator on the desks when we arrived so getting the car took quite a long time. Perhaps we were just unlucky - when we returned the car there were many operators manning the desks.

Cons: The meeting point for the transfer was a bit hard to find for us: driver of the van was not at the SPAR supermarket when we arrived so we were in doubt whether we were at the right location. Maybe provide a photo of the meeting point in the instructions.

This became clear it was due to the very aggressive upselling of the representatives who basically forced everyone to take their own insurance cover at EUR 200 a week, claiming it was not possible without it. The car was a very poor model and specification and was damaged in places and settings all in Chinese. We were then lied to about the fuel indicator apparently not working and hence not showing full - but when we filled the car up it was.

We got a car with flat tires so we needed to wait again for new car. The car didn't have air conditioning. When we returned the car, they called us next day and asked us if we returned it... They lost their car? ...

Cons: Followed directions on voucher but couldn’t locate shuttle or representative. Was sent around airport twice by people trying to assist. Kept searching for over an hour. Ended up taking a taxi so didn’t get to pick up or use hire car.

Cons: I had to call the rental company upon collection to request the shuttle bus as there was no signage or information at the airport as to their location. Upon drop off I was asked to provide photos of damage on the vehicle that was clearly present upon collection, as though they wanted to charge me for existing damage had I have not provided the photos. The vehicle was also extremely underpowered despite being a 'free upgrade'.

Cons: While I return a car the company agent found new scratches. Which are really hard visible and can't be appears while I drove the car. Until today 22.12.2023 I didn't receive my deposit back. At the airport no sign or some easy accessible source to get know where is the company representative who will bring you to the company desk. So it's need to ask people in a shop, outside the airport who and where is a driver who will pick me up and deliver to the company location.
