Pros: Good value
Cons: The car wasn’t clean on the outside and had a lot of nicks and scratches. It was a better category than I ordered but just didn’t look very well looked after. I was 35 minutes dropping the car off because of a queue and then waiting 15 mins for their shuttle to the airport

Cons: Car was beaten up a bit and the engine size small for the hills on the island having to use gear 1 to get up the slopes.

Cons: Staff at the counter we're very slow, one just sat there doing nothing! Clutch in car was at the end of its life making it far more difficult than it needed to be to drive.

Pros: The car broke down due to shift gear problems. At least, after some discussions, I was delivered a replacement car within acceptable time, even on a Sunday evening.

Cons: The pick up point is outside the terminal and you have to take a shuttle bus so it takes more time to pick up the car, and probably cue at the desk as well, but that can happen on other company at the terminal as well. The car had 72.000 km on the display, starting to get a little worn.
Pros: Comfortable, easy-going, everything went as we discussed or as they informed me before the pick up. Good price, the car was totally fine for the trip.
Cons: The car stanked from cigarette smoke, that was obvious, there also was a whole made by fallen cigar ash. I never experienced anything similar in a rental car.

Cons: Where do you start? The instructions for Meet and greet were very ambiguous. They were referring that there are two terminals at Gran Canaria airport, which is not correct. Then I had to walk around for half an hour looking for the guy. In the end there were too many of us and we were lucky to fit us all in the van. The office is good 10 minutes drive away and there was only one till working, I was lucky to get my car first but the queue was long. The car tank was almost empty!

Cons: the car was old, and not safe - windscreen wipers were broken (unsafe on the motorway in the heavy rain), tyre pressures were dangerously low and needed inflating on both front tyres (a couple of times the car slid on the road due to this). Car had less than 1/4 tank of fuel when were told it was full
Pros: Very little. Friendly agent at the hire desk, but that was all.
Cons: 1) Meant to be meet and greet but there was something like a 50 minute wait for the shuttle bus to turn up. 2) Car hire desk manned by two agents both responsible for issuing a car and receiving returned cars. Made the waiting too long as a consequence. 3) our car was damaged - but despite the agent promising to send what we would need to claim from our excess hire insurance - this was never sent despite two reminder emails.

Cons: Car was not provided with fuel on full to full basis. Car was covered in scrapes and dents, told to take our own pictures as too much to mark on damage sheet, and when car was returned any dispute would be dealt with using our pictures. Seats were stained with sweat. Inside of car war wet in foot well Had to exchange first car supplied, as not happy with cleaning. Meeting point supplied was hard to find. Long wait for transfer bus, long journey to depot.

Cons: The rental agency is far from the airport, requiring a long shuttle ride and a significant amount of time spent getting and returning the car, in comparison with being able to get the car at the airport.
Pros: They have a very bad employ and there car are a very bad condition the break was making sounds all the time and the car was empty from gas and I live it full but there is no refund for my gas money we have always full to full policy when we rent a car or they most pay I want my gas money

Cons: Had a terrible experience they wouldn’t accept my card as a deposit and force me to take their insurance the representatives were rude and abusive even threatening to not let me take the car. Cons: This is the worst car rental I have ever used. It took over an hour to get the car after landing at the airport. and about 40 min to leave the car and get from the rental place to the airport. They where very slow, extremely rude when explaining that we had full insurance through DiscoverCars, The Car was in a bad shape ( brakes needed checking, tire pressure light was on, lots of dints and scratches etc. I would not rent from them again

Cons: Was charged £150 extra because I didn’t have a credit card in my name despite one of the other drivers having one they wouldn’t allow us to use as the booking was in my name (not made clear until after booking). The collection was off site from the airport which was not made clear and we had to wait for 45 mins after flight to be collected meaning we missed the shops on our first evening.

Cons: In the rental agreement it stated that the car would be located at the airport terminal. Instead, we had to go with a mini-van about 10 minutes away to their rental office. This could be stated more clearly. However in the end, this was fine.

Cons: Car desk is shuttle bus journey to / from airport so a bit of waiting around to get shuttle there and then waiting for shuttle to airport on way back. Initial car provided was appalling - dmamaged and dirty, Orlando unhelpful. Contact discovery customer support including sending photos - Kelly made contact with Orlando - replacement car was provided - New car was newer model, only 1 scratch and clean.

Cons: The time we had to wait at airport the Fact nobody was there we were told of upgrade and given a rubbish car with a radio that didn't work and brakes the made hell of a noise. My biggest upset is the loss of £16.00 from my account
Pros: They did change the car when I complained that the breaks were not in good order due to very loud screeching when breaking. So were helpful and allowed me to change car the next day.
Cons: They were 35/40 minutes late picking me up from the airport. When picking up the car I was told Id have to pay for a full to empty fuel policy, which I did not ask for, it was meant to be a full to full fuel policy. They did not inspect the car when I dropped it off, they took the key off of me and asked me to wait in the shuttle bus. I'm still waiting a week later for a refund of the deposit and a partial refund of unused fuel.
Pros: It worked well, despite my reservations in the "bad" field. Price-wise it was excellent.
Cons: The location of the car pick-up and return site is remote from the airport and in a direction opposite of Las Palmas. Next time we'll pick a car provider with delivery at the airport. The navigation system had some quirks: we couldn't figure out how to get to the display "North up", which in combination with the very limited capacity to accept address input made it necessary to feed destinations via the map. That said, the navi was provided for free.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country. Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, flight information.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.
American Express, Cash, Debit cards is/are not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
All extras are available at the rental counter. Prices vary, depending on the rental period.
The first additional driver is allowed free of charge.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
