Pros: Brilliant experience from start to finish. We were met by the Omega staff, Ruth in the parking area of the airport after we landed. She processed everything very quickly and handed us the keys to a very new and clean VW Golf. On return we followed the instructions and the car was collected without any problems by Andreas and Roberto. Overall a very good experience and I would recommend Omega rent a car at the Gran Canaria airport very highly. Thanks again guys😊👍👍👍👍👍👍

Cons: The pick up was a complete shambles, phoning many times, information about the pick up was incorrect, took well over 1 hour for a member of staff to turn up, don't think you're based in the airport like I filtered for, more like delivered to the airport car park, hence the waiting times.

Cons: Despite full coverage purchased from DiscoverCar, the agent still pressured us about further insurance. Which we did not purchase. Approx $ 80.00 was added by Omega Cars.

Cons: The arrangement of picking up the car in the car park was a bit unusual as it was our first time with them.

Cons: The fact that the Child seat was not installed in the car was quite bad. The rental agent also didnt knew how it worked which he should.

Pros: They were very good to communicate the exact procedure for pickup and drop off including a video of how to find their location.

Cons: 20 euro fee to pick up the car after hours because my flight was late, but that was understandable.

Contract says full to full whereas the car had only a 1/4 tank of petrol so we returned same to same! No staff to check car when dropped off!!

Pros: Good car, 4 dours instead of 2, it was an upgrade

Cons: The out of office hours fee was not mentioned during booking. The directions to the meeting point was wrong, it is NOT in terminal but in parking area and you must call the rental at first, then call to local lagent. Pick-up took some 40 minutes

Cons: In total it took us approx. 2 hours, 2 phone calls and 2 texts before we were actually sitting in the car. Apart from that the car had so many scratched and dents that it left an uncertainty as to whether we had documented previous ´damages enough or would get in trouble later - luckily we did not. But it all takes a lot of unnecessary time.

Cons: No ofdice, just a meeting point in the parking, the car was not there, finally aerived 45min late. Now, 1 an an half week after returning the car with no damage, the guarantee is still blocked, and not possible to reach them by phone.

Cons: They charged extra money for insurance, I told them that I bought it from Discovercars, but the guy didnt speak English, showed him order documents, but he still said , that if somebody scratch this car, I have to pay extra if I dont buy his extra insurance.
