Pros: The rental process was easy, and I received exact car which I had reserved.

Cons: As for improvements, I would recommend specifying more clearly which rental company to go to upon arrival at the airport, and honestly informing customers that the refund of the deposit can take up to 30 days. because when I returned the car, the employee assured me that everything was in order and the money would be refunded within 1–2 hours, but unfortunately, 4 days have already passed and nothing has been refunded.

Pros: Man at pick up desk

Cons: Man at drop off desk was rude and quite intimidating. Wouldn’t even look at me for some reason and when I proved with video evidence that the damage he was accusing me of was already there on pick up of the vehicle he walked off. Otherwise a great experience. Shame he ruined it!!

Pros: Friendly staff, car was clean.

Cons: Previous damage of vehicle was poorly documented and we were charged for previous damage not caused by ourselves. There were photos already taken by the hire place of damaged areas these photos were grainy and in black and white, apparently the photos where not enough to prove the obvious continuation of damage that was just out of frame. We had purchased full insurance and are still awaiting the outcome of our claim.

Pros: Signage needs to be improved. All directional signs in terminal only refer to Hertz/Thrifty. We ended up leaving terminal and going down to garage where we asked someone and after them asking others, we got rediected back up to terminal. Only place dollar mentioned is single sign over Hertz/Thrifty desk in terminal

Pros: It was Hertz and no Dollar. Nothing I liked about them.

Cons: 1) I payed twice to cover for full insurance, once when I purchased via discover cars and once when I got the car at Hertz desk! 2) The renting cost increased by 100 EUR after all when I picked up the car. 3) With my family (2 kids and 2 adults) and luggages after a day trip, we stayed exactly two hours in the queue to get the key. Only one secretor giving service to many people! I was disappointed with this car rental very very much.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 670.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium Location fee, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 23.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): EU countries. Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy

Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
The following credit cards issued on the main driver's name are accepted: American Express, Diners, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card. Any other cards or cash payments are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Wi-Fi.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
