Cons: I wanted additional insurance at the counter, i expected to pay about 25-30eur per day for extra all covered insurance. Instead i was quoted 110EUR....ridiculous i refused. You should fix that predatory pricing there.

Cons: They found two 'marks' during the return. I had evidence for one that it was there on pick-up (but not marked on their sheet) but they were very reluctant to accept this. Second one was a tiny mark on the wing wing mirror which was there before but I missed when picking up the car and missed taking photos of from the dingy underground car park with poor lighting. also pick-up speed was very slow (~30min wait)

In the end, I was forced to pay an additional 187 euros to insure myself "fully" for a second time, simply because your insurance supposedly did not cover everything. I would like an explanation as to how this is possible and what you can do to rectify this situation. To me, this feels like a form of deception or theft. I look forward to your response.

Cons: We landed earlier than expected, so I went to pick up the car but we were told that they had no cars available until my pick up time. This was not true as they had multiple cars parked, over 5 the exact same model to what they gave me. I either waited one hour, or paid almost €100 (basically the same cost of what I paid originally) to upgrade. No sense of hospitality. Definitely left a bitter taste in my mouth which I will remember next time I need to rent a car.

Cons: The misinformation about the involved costs, unexpectedly adding additional costs at the pickup station, including extremely high down payments for fuel and the car insurance. Therefore, we did not pick up the car from these scammers.

Cons: I picked the car up and 10 mins later the tyre warning light came on. Obviously tyre pressures not checked as when I inflated the 4 tyres they were all well off the proper inflation rates. Light came back on following day and Goldcar had the car recovered and charged me €420 to do so. I had then to travel back to the airport 35miles to pick another car up. Terrible service all round and second car was a scrapper.

They did not allow me to pay extra insurance and their argument was “our company accepts only Visa and some other card but from non-online banks (e.g., Revolut, Neon, etc)”! I offered to pay extra insurance but they just didn’t care and I had to book another car in a different company that accepts Amex.

When I handed the car back they had no knowledge of the problem. Very poor.
