Cons: The car was all dirty, the rear tire was flat, the driver's door window had a problem and I couldn't open it because I didn't know if I would be able to close it. The wiper blade was damaged and didn't clean the windscreen, and there was no screenwash. A terrible experience, I don't recommend it to anyone. A real disregard for the consumer.

Cons: We had to return to the desk to report additional damage not shown on the sheet. We were told anything under 2cm was ignored. It is a very long way from the desk to the car park, and we had to walk it twice. Amex not taken. Return procedure not clear, no spaces to leave the car in so had to leave in a Hertz space.

Now I am home they have tried to charge me for damage that was already there but thankfully I had been warned about Goldcar and was nearly caught out before in Portugal, but this time I took good photos of all marks on the car or I would have had a nice bill from them. You have been warned.

Cons: The queue was vey long (not Goldcars fault) but the speed of service was exceptionally slow, taking over an hour to collect. The staff were not engaging or pleasant.

The cleaning guy said the car was there for a few days already so the whole story about me needing to wait an hour was bullshit and I got a fully dirty car.

They haven't had the car I booked (that's fine) but the similar one they offered, it hasn't had parking camera and wireless connectivity, the reason I booked the model I prefer. They weren't really interested to come into a constructive resolution, they offered a way more expensive solution with a extra cost of €30/day... Unprofessional.

The fake added mark was the biggest let down, the car was so scratched and battered the report would look ridiculous.

Cons: The advertised price is absolutely not true! They deduct hundreds of euros during the rental. Nobody rents here!

Cons: No damages in the condition report upon collecting the car, but after going to the car park we found that the car had plenty of scratches and marks all around car, it was also very dirty inside (even found dog food on the back seat). Had to go back to the desk to ask for someone to come and make a new report.
