Pros: Quick release of pre-authorization hold. Office opens at 7:00, but I returned the car at ~4 AM using the key drop box located at the Avis/Budget counter in the arrivals area (Terminal arrivals, drop box in the office door).

Cons: When we rented the car, the employee didn't warn us about some planned maintenance work at parkin which was therefore closed, as a result, we had to search for another open parking longer than planned.

Cons: Our flight was an hour late and I was at the rental office 4 minutes past 11 pm. They had closed the office at 11 pm. They had my flight number and other car rental offices have been waiting if the delay was minor. The office had our flight number and they could see how much our flight was late. We had to take a taxi to the hotel and the next day a taxi back to the airport to pick up the car we had booked, the taxis cost a total of €151. This was the first time this had happened with a car renta

Pros: Very good - especially the drop off. Well sign posted and a rental person was there to do the handover - only took a couple of minutes and we were on our way to departures.

Cons: Pick up was a bit slow - only one rental person and even a small queue of three people seemed to take ages. I think a minimum of two people would be better and queues split between people who had done the online check in and those that hadn't.

Cons: All the service was bad, I paid for full tank, but did not get full tank. It took them 1½ hour to find the keys and my car when arrived. Car was not cleaned and not filled when I got It. When complained about the car cleainness, they said "We know, you are not the only costumer with a dirty car" and laughed. I asked what they would do about it, and they said they could do nothing, but I could complain if I wanted to, and laughed again. The girl in the checkin tried to fill........to be continued

Cons: Dropping off the car was a headache. Finding the garage which leads to the drop off point is a stress when you’re in a hurry. It’s the fault of the infrastructure, but car rentals in my opinion need to provide clear information on the way back and emphasise this for unexperienced customers.
