Cons: Very poor. Car left in a pool of water surrounded by rubbish. Had to sign in terminal saying there was no damage but on inspection 15 mins away there was damage on rear. Nobody at collection to see. Sent an email . No reply. On drop off there were not enough spaces to leave car . Very poor

Pros: Very good - especially the drop off. Well sign posted and a rental person was there to do the handover - only took a couple of minutes and we were on our way to departures.

Cons: Pick up was a bit slow - only one rental person and even a small queue of three people seemed to take ages. I think a minimum of two people would be better and queues split between people who had done the online check in and those that hadn't.

Cons: All the service was bad, I paid for full tank, but did not get full tank. It took them 1½ hour to find the keys and my car when arrived. Car was not cleaned and not filled when I got It. When complained about the car cleainness, they said "We know, you are not the only costumer with a dirty car" and laughed. I asked what they would do about it, and they said they could do nothing, but I could complain if I wanted to, and laughed again. The girl in the checkin tried to fill........to be continued
