Pros: Friendly staff in the office. Car was in okay condition. Easy to pickup

Cons: It was difficult to get them on the phone when we had an accident to query what should we do next. We didn't manage to get in contact with them. Luckily no major damage and rental ended within the 48 hours so all good and no problem while handing over the car. But IF we would've needed help we would've stood there for ages.

Pros: They even gave me less deposit only 3 euros but still less’ no reply to my emails also, disgusting

Cons: Scam! How can u take deposit and give less and then do not reply it at all, avoid this scam company

Pros: the car was very clean had no issues with the car for the duration of the holiday and the fact you dont have to pay for deposit

Cons: our flight was delayed by an hour and they close at 9pm so we had to rush and because its a 10 min walk down the road. when we got there there was no one at the desk so we had to call a number which kept ringing and no one was answering but after 20 mins of asking someone to help us a man did come and help us to get the car and did get it sorted for us quickly and he understood that there were delays as he was still waiting for people from germany to come

Cons: There was no one in the office both when picking up and returning the car. For me it was a bit stressful, especially when you want to catch your return flight. But overall, very nice service. When picking up the car, I didn't wait longer than 5 minutes. When returning the car, I agreed over the phone that I could simply leave the car and keys in a box at the office.

Cons: The car engine light came on the last day, wasn't quite sure what I should do, unfamiliar with that indicator. I phoned and was re-assered it would be ok to drive to the airport.

Pros: The service was fine although picking up place was far and no information that it was at the edge of the parkinglot. Luckily, I asked somebody who work in the airport and showed me the way on his way home.

Pros: Got upgraded car as they didn’t have the car available I wanted to hire. Nice bugger car but juicier on petrol.

Pros: The key fob didn't work well .I told the guy when I went to pick up the car .he said that it was fine 3 times one day we were a good 4 mins pressing it to open and nothing .in the end opened it with the key and the alarm went off. The passenger front seat was white stain with sweat marks .the brakes were touching metal. And the tire pressure light was on when I picked it up

Cons: The original lack of information regarding the whereabouts of your office. My flight was an evening arrival and only when I was told by an airport employee that you were affiliated with Avis and directed to their office was I able to pick up my car (as your office was closed).

Cons: Car was for 5 people but could only fit 2 seatbelts in the back. I paid for an automatic and I got a manual. Picking up the car took over an hour because of the turis prime check in system. They charged me forpre existing damage as their was no joint check in inspection. I did not damage the car. I drove 400 k in two weeks.
