Cons: Deposit was not managed by reserving the money, it was the whole payment. When getting beck the deposit it will be not the same amount of money becouse of transaction costs. If I knew that before I should not book Surprise. It was not clear that they manage the deposit that way.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 750.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 99 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 74.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): EU.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

A digital driver's license will not be accepted — you must bring your physical driving license.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, return flight ticket, flight information, boarding pass.
Cross-border policy
Crossing country borders to Canary Islands is available for 100 EUR per way.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 240 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 120 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
