Ok Mobility at Gran Canaria Airport

Pros: Picking up the car at the airport counter was very quick. Carlos was very helpful and friendly. He did not try to push anything I was not interested in. I rate the OK Mobility rental company positively: both pick-up and return of the car were smooth, fast, and the staff were friendly. The deposit was also refunded quickly.

Cons: Negatively, I rate the helpline – the unavailability of assistance in case of emergency – and the poor technical condition of the vehicle. The car itself had several scratches and even some cracks. This corresponds to a mileage of around 80,000 km. After 3 days, the car stopped starting. We called the assistance phone numbers – one number did not exist and the other led to an automated system.We therefore sent an email saying that we were in an emergency and needed help.Nobody replied till today

Pros: Easiness to find them.

Cons: More than 10 minutes to get the key. I had already the contract but we spent time to fill forms. My flight was 40 minutes earlier and the car I reserved wasn't ready. Incredible. But, they declared they had a more expensive car, a SUV, ready. I accepted the upgrade and paid the difference. They gave me a MG ZS. Car conditions were poor and interior quite worned. Plus car was dirty especially the inside of the windscreen and there was nobody to complain since the park is far from the desk.

Cons: Booked a car of category Premium Elite SUV. When I got to pick up, the car company didn’t bit have that type of car and gave me a medium type car, which was not even a standard SUV. The car company just said we don’t have it and left it at that, they didn’t try to explain, apologise or offer an alternative solution. I paid more specifically for the higher category SUV so this should not be allowed. The car also came with 80% fuel instead of 100%. I had to return with full tank. Car was not clean

Pros: Straightforward booking and collection process and the agent at the airport was very helpful and friendly.

Cons: Happy with the service overall, only negative would be that I requested a intermediate SUV and was given a Mercedes which had low level seating.

Pros: Car had several damage marks but not affecting the enjoyment of the hire

Pros: Friendly helpful staff, no quibbles with persuading me to take their additional excess cover, I didn't need it as I have my own policy.

Cons: Very slow at pick up desk due to time it took to deal with customers. I waited 15 minutes before the other customer at the desk was able to go to their car rental. Difficulty finding the location of my car. Finding the return point was difficult, despite following renters instruction, then parking in the garage was really difficult as it was very busy, and locating an agent able to deal with the return was hard, due to the agent at the returns desk dealing with custmers picking their car up.

Cons: Waiting time to collect (more than an hour). Metal cage separating boot from back seats. Not 7 seat vehicle. No water in the windscreen wiper reservoir.

Pros: Easy to locate at the airport. Good value for money. Online check in helped make the car collection more efficient. Inside of the car was clean on collection. Drop off during early morning was seamless.

Cons: Car condition on the outside was well scratched (68,000km on the clock). Other wise the service was spot on.

Cons: Was given a much smaller car than I had booked. Took over an hour in the queue at pick up. Won’t recommend or use again.

Cons: I didn't like that the car was stored further away from the terminal when it would have been easier to have it in the usual pick up location.

Cons: We booked on full/full fuel policy, but was told that it was meant to be full/empty during car pick-up and was charged €70 up-front for fuel. We were told by the agent that 'fuel/empty was now standard for the company but they hadn't updated their Ts & Cs for a few months but any agent you ask will say the same'. I asked if there was a note to confirm this in the paperwork and was told yes, but I couldn't see this at all when I checked the documentation in detail afterwards.

Cons: Queue time. Two people then one disappeared with over 10 people in the queue. Car had a lot of damage and was at a far away car park. Major engine warning came on. Told OK and they did nothing.

Cons: Car was dented all over. This was noted but very nervous accepting a car with so many dents. No windscreen washer fluid. They noted the fuel was full but was missing 1/8 when I got it. Apple car play didn’t work

Cons: The car that I ordered well in advance was not available at time of collection. No reason given to me. I was told I had an upgraded car instead but when I saw it there were large bodywork scrapes on both sides front and rear. The car looked awful and should never have been offered to me.

Cons: Drop off: lady said all was ok but later I get a standard e-mail that my deposit will only be reimbursed after checking the car. I need to have a proof on return of the car that all is ok. If there is subsequent damage in the garage, there would be a dispute. next day I did get information that all OK and deposit refunded. But need proof on return of car.

Pros: The car was grubby, no water in the screen washer, car was damaged all over.

Cons: They're scamming damage not done by me and was on the car when I picked it up, because it was just a mark in the paint, not even scratched, and will polish out easily, I didn't notice it on pick up because there's nothing to see.

Cons: Did not have the vehicle type I had booked, online checkin was mandatory not optional as indicated on the email, checkin was very slow, tried and tried to sell me upgrades, really pushed buying the extra insurance, horrible directions to locate the vehicle. We had no idea there was a second lot.

Pros: Both cars were dirty. The Abarth one was really dirty not only outside but also inside. We had to clean it by ourselves as it felt filthy and gross.

But I have full evidence of videos and pictures before and after rental and there is no demage. They on the other side send "proofs" of dark dark pictures that you cannot see anyhing from it.

Cons: Nothing as they refused to give me the car on the day, after waiting for nearly an hour in a queue, I spent another hour trying to persuade them to give me the car that I had booked and paid for. But they refused with the reason that they didn't accept my UK driving license. I had to book with another company on the same day, this was 11 pm at night, and they accepted my driving license with no problem. This meant that the car cost me 50% more than it should have.

I mentioned it to the lady at the front but she said because I booked economic class the only available option is two door Fiat500 even though I booked Micra 4 door.The car was dirty and also no windscreen liquid. I had to go back second day of my holiday to complain about the car. However Dianna was very helpful and find 4 door car (Peugeot 208)

Cons: Porque habiendo sacado un seguro por internet, tuve que sacar otro a la hora de la recogida, y además nos citaron a las 11:00, después de 1 hora de cola, tuvimos que esperar otra hora más porque no tenían coches y lo "estaban limpiando", perdimos la mañana en el punto de recogida. Car nice clean, but they could doa effort to clean the front window with that sun and dirty front window is no go.

We were given a wrong car as we requested 5 door car and were offered tiny Fiat Cinquecento. In the end we paid extra for a larger car. Also car seats very expensive

I mistakenly thought it was outside the terminal building, but it turned out to be inside. During the rental process, the Ok Mobility agent tried to sell me insurance that I didn't need. The contract presented on their tablet was lengthy and made me uneasy about its contents. As a result of the the above,

I didn't like the driver who made us wait for over 30 minutes at the airport and then no apologies. It was another company representative that approached us who phoned him and said that their were people waiting. On our return to the uk he dropped us at arrivals and not departures.

Contratamos coche mediante discovercars con seguro a todo riesgo y cuando llegamos a la oficina a recogerlo nos dicen que tenemos que contratar otro seguro con ellos o dejar un depósito de 1300 euros. Me quejo porque yo ya tengo contratado un seguro a todo riesgo y me parece una estafa, la chica que nos atiende nos trata de muy malas formas por lo que decidimos perder el dinero y contratar con otra compañía

The representative wasn't flexible when I showed her my booking documents so I was forced to pay the additional charges.
