Pros: Absolutely thrilled with the service, vehicle condition and the staff friendliness and approach to customers. We rented a car many times in Gran Canaria, but first time with OK Mobility and will not be the last

Pros: Every person we dealt with was absolutely wonderful. Can not fail them for anything.

Cons: Car was in "ok" shape but for the price one would expect better

Pros: Having a counter onsite in the terminal was very nice vs having to take a shuttle off site.

Cons: Did not have the vehicle type I had booked, online checkin was mandatory not optional as indicated on the email, checkin was very slow, tried and tried to sell me upgrades, really pushed buying the extra insurance, horrible directions to locate the vehicle. We had no idea there was a second lot.

Pros: Both cars were dirty. The Abarth one was really dirty not only outside but also inside. We had to clean it by ourselves as it felt filthy and gross.

Pros: The extra insurance is scandalous. We accepted the 3 rd car the 1st was a large van. The 2 Nd the bumper was hanging off

Cons: They are a fraud and just a disgracefull comapny! They stole, acutally stole, 800 Euros from me with explanation that I broguth the car back with demages. But I have full evidence of videos and pictures before and after rental and there is no demage. They on the other side send "proofs" of dark dark pictures that you cannot see anyhing from it.

Cons: Nothing as they refused to give me the car on the day, after waiting for nearly an hour in a queue, I spent another hour trying to persuade them to give me the car that I had booked and paid for. But they refused with the reason that they didn't accept my UK driving license. I had to book with another company on the same day, this was 11 pm at night, and they accepted my driving license with no problem. This meant that the car cost me 50% more than it should have.

Cons: I got 2 door car instead of 4 door. I mentioned it to the lady at the front but she said because I booked economic class the only available option is two door Fiat500 even though I booked Micra 4 door.The car was dirty and also no windscreen liquid. I had to go back second day of my holiday to complain about the car. However Dianna was very helpful and find 4 door car (Peugeot 208)

Cons: Porque habiendo sacado un seguro por internet, tuve que sacar otro a la hora de la recogida, y además nos citaron a las 11:00, después de 1 hora de cola, tuvimos que esperar otra hora más porque no tenían coches y lo "estaban limpiando", perdimos la mañana en el punto de recogida. No lo recomiendo.

Cons: The pickup took 1 hour in eating in The row, they where so slow, it took aiges for each, do t know if its there system or what, but when it was my turn it took like 5min and i was gone, had booked and registered wia the internet. The delivery of the key the same waiting in the row again and wanted approx half hour to turn in the key. Car nice clean, but they could doa effort to clean the front window with that sun and dirty front window is no go.

Cons: It took a very long time at the car rental. We were there for almost an hour and there was only one person ahead of us. We were given a wrong car as we requested 5 door car and were offered tiny Fiat Cinquecento. The agent said that it was next similar to any 5 door and others weren’t available which we found a complete nonesense. We should have been offered a larger car not smaller than requested. In the end we paid extra for a larger car. Also car seats very expensive

Pros: The dropoff was quick and easy, and the shuttle bus was very convenient. Easy to find their location at the airport.

Cons: The directions to the pickup point could have been much better. We assume the pickup point was outside I had some trouble finding the meetingpoint for the shuttle bus due to unclear directions. I mistakenly thought it was outside the terminal building, but it turned out to be inside. During the rental process, the Ok Mobility agent tried to sell me insurance that I didn't need. The contract presented on their tablet was lengthy and made me uneasy about its contents. As a result of the the above,

Pros: When we eventually got to pick up the car the person who dealt with us was very professional.

Cons: There was no sign of the representative from OK mobility when we arrived at the airport . I had to make several phone calls to try to track him down. I didn't like the driver who made us wait for over 30 minutes at the airport and then no apologies. It was another company representative that approached us who phoned him and said that their were people waiting. On our return to the uk he dropped us at arrivals and not departures.

Contratamos coche mediante discovercars con seguro a todo riesgo y cuando llegamos a la oficina a recogerlo nos dicen que tenemos que contratar otro seguro con ellos o dejar un depósito de 1300 euros. Me quejo porque yo ya tengo contratado un seguro a todo riesgo y me parece una estafa, la chica que nos atiende nos trata de muy malas formas por lo que decidimos perder el dinero y contratar con otra compañía

Cons: Made me pay £1000 more for deposit Didn't include 2 nd driver for free despite your website saying it was included, cost another £65 It was about 15 min walk outside airport terminal in the heat with 3 small children, the pavement ran out, there was a roadside barrier we all had to climb over with 4 suitcases as there was only drive in access to the OK mobility hub. The representative wasn't flexible when I showed her my booking documents so I was forced to pay the additional charges.
