Cons: I have to say it happened first time that the agents were not client oriented mainly during car return. They refused to confirm that the car was returned as expected. They did not want to release deposit. However to be fair when I escalated to commercial department it was solved very promptly. So it means the company cares of customers even if individual agents do not.

A woman suggested I learn Spanish since I was in Spain and offered to provide my confirmation in Spanish. I simply requested it in English, given my substantial deposit of 1,500 euros. Lola Dolore raised her voice at me and was completely unprofessional. I was the only customer in the office and waited an hour to receive the confirmation in Spanish.

Pros: First of all we were outside the time to pick up the car (they said) they no longer hold a car then 3 hours. They gave me an offer of another car for 450 euro,s extra!!! Outrageous! After 10 minutes she found another car for just 250 euro extra. This car was full of scratches. They send me pixtures of the car along with the contract. Absolutely uncontrollable for a not expert like me und thus uncontrollable by giving the car back to me. It sounds to me as an easy way to make a lot of money xtra

Also they did not have the car I ordered for so they were giving me a smaller car. And then they said if I pay the EUR 175 for their FULL INSURANCE they will allow me to use the bigger car. So I paid the EUR 175 to use their amazing Puegeot 3008.

The deposit amount was stated incorrectly, and in reality, +300 more, so to stay within limits, we were forced to buy additional coverage on site. So the final price was not accurate, and it would mean I could choose another rental if hidden fees were clearly communicated.

Also you don’t get the same car as you reserved on the website, not even a similair car in the same price class. I even got an upgrade on the website to get a better car with more power but I still got the same car as most people that paid for the cheaper one. This was done using scare tactics - fear of breakdown, major accident, theft etc. Plus the warning that our €1700 deposit option would be taken for the tiniest scratch on return of the car. Cons: Collection took a very long time (about 1 hour) and the agent tried very hard to sell us the insurance - three different versions offered and not very friendly when refused.

Cons: Beware! when I purchased the insurance on Skyscanner, I paid for an extra premium service to waive any fees or access. However when I received the confirmation, they asked for €2000 access deposit in case of any accident or scratches or damage to the car. These companies don’t insure their cars and expect customers to pay for the access at a very premium rate. It is easy to scratch your car in car park, so they will make you pay for this from the access amount which you don’t have any control.

The agent is very upset and unhappy when I opted to stay with the Full Coverage that I have already purchased with DiscoverCars. The agent also did not run through with customer on the car condition, just asked to refer to email and this can create unnecessary dispute, if differs.

Pros: the shuttle bus went quickly and it was quite quick to check out the car. The car was clean and in good condition. It was quick and easy to return the car.

Cons: The seller didn't listen to me saying I didn't want to buy any insurance, this probably took an extra 15-20 minutes. She had a bit of a grumpy attitude. The contract contained 8 pictures of microscopic marks, difficult to detect if one did not know about them. They gave an image that all tiny marks can involve extra charges. We have not made any new marks on the car during the rental period! It is now 10 days since we returned the car but we have not received our deposit of 1600 Euro back!

The agent then inspected the car, getting down on his hands and knees, searching for an issue. He found a tiny scratch, charged me $150 for it, and said ‘next time you should call.’ It was clearly a punishment.

Cons: Nizacars is a dishonest company that defrauds its customers. Nizacars charged me over $300 for every microscopic, pre-existing ding or scratch on the car even though I provided photos to show that these "damages" existed when I picked up the car. They tell you that everything is fine when you return the car and then send you a bill for damages after you leave with no way to dispute the charges. And, since they require a $1900 deposit, they just take the money.

Drop off location is easy to find directly off main roundabout on approach to airport. Car was exactly as advertised, clean and with 3/4 tank of petrol. Cons: They gave us a sports car during rainy weather, not the best car for that. Spain had rain for 3 weeks and some roads were impassable. Too low to the ground. Not a comfortable car. Renault hybrid sports.

Pros: All was smooth. The shuttle bus to the rental office was properly marked and came by quickly. The rental agent was clear and didn't over try to sell additional insurance despite doing the diligence to explain the options I have. The car was very well equipped and the drop off very quick. Overall great service!

Cons: The parking location of the car was not well lit, therefore I had a hard time inspecting the car against the list of existing dents and esthetic issues of the car.

Cons: There were a lot of scratches and damage to the car, and it was unclear from the supplied form if it had all been accounted for. We had a puncture and were charged £250 to fix it!!! The deposit of £1300 was charged to my credit card (not only authorized) which caused an additional charge of £38 to be made by my credit card company for a foreign transaction fee Also not happy that the insurance wasn't taken out directly with NIZACARs. Definitely wont be using this service again!

Cons: The untrue claim that the car was damaged on return- thankfully I had taken pictures when I collected the car and could prove the damage was pre-existing. If I hadn’t had the photographic proof I believe I would have been charged hundreds of pounds for damage that I wasn’t responsible for. Easily the worst car hire experience I’ve ever had. Long waits to collect the vehicle, the usual veiled threats to get you to take out additional insurance, a long wait to return the vehicle. Understaffed.

Cons: Claimed to know nothing about the excess insurance we had already taken out and insisted that we should take out their more expensice policy. Attempted to blame us for pre-existing damage and made no apology when we could prove via video on collection that we were not responsible. Courtesy bus that left us to departures on our return was hit by another bus while parked at terminal and driver did not even comment or ask was everyone ok, just went off to speak to the other driver involved.

Cons: Niza is forcing their customers to buy an additional assurance on top of the alteady existing assurance via DiscoverCars. They treat their customers very very rude and are extreme intimidating!!

Pros: Good quality car and delivering car was very efficient. Would recommend that a written document is given at the return to say all is okay.

Cons: The instructions say that you can pay with Visa Debit, Visa, mastercard etc but they don't explain clearly that this does not include the refundable deposit of £1500 which had to be a credit card apparently, so we ended up having to pay an extra €72 more for insurance whereas we had already purchased the insurance. Also the instructions on how to find the shuttle bus were poor and we ended up walking up and down and around the airport for ages until we found it.

Cons: That they made me take out one of their insurance policies when I had specifically bought one valid for use in Spain. There policy was more than the red gal of the car basically the are crooks trying to earn more money

Pros: The vehicle was new and spotless.

Cons: Their scams to make more money. My flight was delayed, so late picking car up. I was told the car wasn't there anymore and I would have to pay 70-100 euros more. They told me the car was half full of fuel and to bring it back half full. After 5mins driving I checked the fuel gauge and it showed that 1 full block of the four on the gauge had dissapeared and by the time I got to Calahonda it was only quarter full... that's a journey of 20 miles. I have photographic evidence with times on the photo

Pros: They worked fast and provided a new, reliable car which was the best they could offer for our rate.

Cons: They need to understand what normal wear and tear is on a car and that they can't charge people for minor, normal wear and tear, especially because they're no-one to judge what fixing something would cost.

Cons: pick up location had changed due to road closure but nobody informed me. Wanted me to wait around when dropping off the car while they washed it, even though I had washed it myself prior to returning it.

Cons: If you did not book an insurance with Nizacars be careful when you drop off the car that the person checking the car does not make a scratch to the car that you will have to pay and that can be quite costly (e.g. Euro 300 for a 15 millimeter crach on the door)

Cons: Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. Aggressively tried to sell extra insurance and were threatening when we refused to buy it. We mistakenly used a wrong card for our deposit and despite having a clear email from the Nizacars' head office saying it was fine to switch the cards, the member of staff at the airport office refused to help us for no reason, despite us making a journey specially for this purpose.
