Pros: Return was speedy.
Cons: Collection took a very long time (about 1 hour) and the agent tried very hard to sell us the insurance - three different versions offered and not very friendly when refused.
Cons: Beware! when I purchased the insurance on Skyscanner, I paid for an extra premium service to waive any fees or access. However when I received the confirmation, they asked for €2000 access deposit in case of any accident or scratches or damage to the car. These companies don’t insure their cars and expect customers to pay for the access at a very premium rate. It is easy to scratch your car in car park, so they will make you pay for this from the access amount which you don’t have any control.
Pros: The office was not in the airport.
Cons: They charge me 477€ extra for theyre insurance. I payed allready extra for insurance whit discovers car company. The 400€ maybe return back after several weeks but the 77€ i dont know they give back or not.
Pros: Very arrogant service, we will never use Nizacars again. Remember to take many pictures of the car before, even the smallest stone chips, luckily I had taken photos myself, Nizacars did not have any small scratches at the driver handle registered. They were arrogantly wanting to demand us for these, luckily I had a picture showing the scratches, but no apology just passed on in their arrogant way.

Cons: The car rental agents are not friendly. When dropped the car off the agent just took the car keys and walked away looking our belongings inside. We had to wait to find him to recover our stuff. Didn't receive any confirmation regarding the condition of the car.

Pros: Car was nice but service terrible. Have not received the appraisal for returning the car even though they said it would arrive the same day. They have charged for damage without any communication or indeed proof.

Cons: During car collection, the agent is unprofessional in his sales pitch and undermined the partnership with DiscoverCars, creating doubt and confusion on the insurance coverage and difficulty in claims with DiscoverCars. The agent is very upset and unhappy when I opted to stay with the Full Coverage that I have already purchased with DiscoverCars. The agent also did not run through with customer on the car condition, just asked to refer to email and this can create unnecessary dispute, if differs.
Pros: The pick up was swift and efficient
Cons: The agent went straight to the underneath of the wheel shaft, close to where there had been a collision from a previous occasion, and said there was a rough bit, which was my fault. You couldn't see it! Questionable. The dents are never fixed, so where does the insurance money go, I wonder?
Cons: The rental clerk slammed the car door against a fence which caused a dent when she showed us our car. When I asked how we should proceed with the incident so that it wouldnt affect us in any way, she yelled and screamed at us for asking. Not a pleasant experience what so ever.

Cons: As with all rentals you really need to take photos or a quick 360 video of the car, when I dropped the car back they were trying to say I scuffed one of the wheels, thankfully I took a video when I collected the car and was able to show the scuff was there before I left the depot. Other than that I expect I’d have got a bill for damage I didn’t cause.

Cons: The agents on the desks were very pushy about taking their insurance even when we said no. They seems to go on a go slow then and even though I submitted all details and documents behind as requested they made us do it all again! Wouldn’t use Nizacars again!

Cons: The hard sell on pick up of the car to pay for additional cover and the attitude when we declined the cover. Also despite the threat of charges for damages to be repaired etc the cars bodywork was in very poor condition which shows they don’t even fix these anyway. So it’s a scare tactic to get you to pay more money.

Cons: HIGH pressure to buy their insurance even after I bought full coverage through Discover Cars. Insisted there would be a damage claim if I did not buy from Nizacars.
Cons: One of the only Carhire companies that charge your credit card instead of just blocking. Risk of interest payments if the rental covers a month end. Rep said not possible to only block for greater than 8 days but every other company seems to be able to.

Pros: the shuttle bus went quickly and it was quite quick to check out the car. The car was clean and in good condition. It was quick and easy to return the car.
Cons: The seller didn't listen to me saying I didn't want to buy any insurance, this probably took an extra 15-20 minutes. She had a bit of a grumpy attitude. The contract contained 8 pictures of microscopic marks, difficult to detect if one did not know about them. They gave an image that all tiny marks can involve extra charges. We have not made any new marks on the car during the rental period! It is now 10 days since we returned the car but we have not received our deposit of 1600 Euro back!
Pros: Whilst not at the airport, Niza is minutes away, and is perhaps easier to access than on site car hire providers

Cons: The agent who helped me on arrival was quite unpleasant. When I returned the car 15 minutes before they closed, I was told they were closed and I should have called. The agent then inspected the car, getting down on his hands and knees, searching for an issue. He found a tiny scratch, charged me $150 for it, and said ‘next time you should call.’ It was clearly a punishment.
Pros: There are no complaints about the driving performance of the car.
Cons: Did not like the company's policy regarding American driver's licenses. We lost almost two hours on issuing an international driver's license, it was all a formality. I was given a car with a huge number of scratches and dents, but the employee did not record this with me. Additional insurance was imposed on me, although I had already bought it from the aggregator company.

Cons: As happens in 90% of leases, we booked everything through the internet, questioned if there was anything else to pay, were assured there wasnt. Then when we try to pick the car up the cost is double that quoted and you either pay up or cant have a car for your holiday, not much of a choice really.

Cons: After car refund I received letter with announcment with microscopic scrath on the front bamper and for that they charge us 100eur. We pick up, the car from dark garage and we do not see so small damage, during rent period we do not have any accidents. So it looks that as rent price was very cheap, the Nizacars decide to earn in other way.

Cons: Nizacars is a dishonest company that defrauds its customers. Nizacars charged me over $300 for every microscopic, pre-existing ding or scratch on the car even though I provided photos to show that these "damages" existed when I picked up the car. They tell you that everything is fine when you return the car and then send you a bill for damages after you leave with no way to dispute the charges. And, since they require a $1900 deposit, they just take the money.

Pros: Pretty good, competitive price, only a few minutes drive from airport terminal - minibus constantly going back and forth so only a short wait. Drop off location is easy to find directly off main roundabout on approach to airport. Car was exactly as advertised, clean and with 3/4 tank of petrol. Didn't have to wait long to complete paperwork and either pickup or dropoff. Would recommend.

The journey from the airport to you and its description on the website was made by some idiot, because finding the counter is almost a superhuman feat. You KNEW they would find some faullt/scratch on the car when we returned it. Sure enough they came up with something minuscule after a LONG search. The rental agent was clear and didn't over try to sell additional insurance despite doing the diligence to explain the options I have. The car was very well equipped and the drop off very quick. Overall great service!

Cons: The untrue claim that the car was damaged on return- thankfully I had taken pictures when I collected the car and could prove the damage was pre-existing. If I hadn’t had the photographic proof I believe I would have been charged hundreds of pounds for damage that I wasn’t responsible for. Easily the worst car hire experience I’ve ever had. Long waits to collect the vehicle, the usual veiled threats to get you to take out additional insurance, a long wait to return the vehicle. Understaffed.

Attempted to blame us for pre-existing damage and made no apology when we could prove via video on collection that we were not responsible. Courtesy bus that left us to departures on our return was hit by another bus while parked at terminal and driver did not even comment or ask was everyone ok, just went off to speak to the other driver involved.

Cons: The instructions say that you can pay with Visa Debit, Visa, mastercard etc but they don't explain clearly that this does not include the refundable deposit of £1500 which had to be a credit card apparently, so we ended up having to pay an extra €72 more for insurance whereas we had already purchased the insurance. Also the instructions on how to find the shuttle bus were poor and we ended up walking up and down and around the airport for ages until we found it.

Cons: Their scams to make more money. My flight was delayed, so late picking car up. I was told the car wasn't there anymore and I would have to pay 70-100 euros more. They told me the car was half full of fuel and to bring it back half full. After 5mins driving I checked the fuel gauge and it showed that 1 full block of the four on the gauge had dissapeared and by the time I got to Calahonda it was only quarter full... that's a journey of 20 miles. I have photographic evidence with times on the photo

Cons: They need to understand what normal wear and tear is on a car and that they can't charge people for minor, normal wear and tear, especially because they're no-one to judge what fixing something would cost.

Cons: If you did not book an insurance with Nizacars be careful when you drop off the car that the person checking the car does not make a scratch to the car that you will have to pay and that can be quite costly (e.g. Euro 300 for a 15 millimeter crach on the door)

Cons: Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. Aggressively tried to sell extra insurance and were threatening when we refused to buy it. We mistakenly used a wrong card for our deposit and despite having a clear email from the Nizacars' head office saying it was fine to switch the cards, the member of staff at the airport office refused to help us for no reason, despite us making a journey specially for this purpose.
