Cons: Quite a large queue at collection, which moved VERY slowly. Took almost an hour to collect car.

Pros: Rental desk at the airport, car park pretty close as well. Very good overall value for money.

Cons: Sometimes cue to rental desk is pretty long and customers need to wait longer then it should be. Maybe third desk for most busy hours would be an option? Also it'd be nice if there was a person at car park everytime to check car with customer at the beginning and after car is brought back. If you request someone to check car with you they do it but it is usually another 10-15 minutes waiting for someone to come.

Pros: Easy drop off process and good value.

Cons: Took over an hour to get keys from rental desk as only 1 representative working. Given keys for a car that was not in the car park, had to return to desk to get another car which added more time.

Pros: Efficient helpful staff at collection counter and drop off area.

Cons: Being my first experience of Gran Canaria, car return was tricky with poor signage and directions to correct car return area.

Cons: Arrived at booking desk about 30 minutes early and the representative said I would need to wait until exact time on booking form! Also waited in queue for 30 minutes to hand back keys when all that was needed was a 'quick drop' box.

Pros: The assistant was very efficient but on her own .

Cons: The long wait collecting the car was un-acceptable over 3 hours actually , then the walk was too far to me and finding the car in the dark was not a good experience

Cons: No logical explanation of the price difference. I asked for a small car and was not able to have the car I asked for. The air conditioning didn't work and there was no liquid for the windscreen wipers. Poor service!

Pros: The prices were very attractive and therefore a lot of people queueing.. but the online check in was a great idea and saved time.

Cons: I noticed there was a 'grab a key' option for quick check in .. would have been useful to have been offered this if available.

Cons: GOLDCAR Gran Canaria doesnt have a proper check in and check out inspection. I am %100 sure did nothing on car but They charged me 110€ for a seemless scrach on the bumper. My friend rented a car as well with full of scratches that was not mentioned on check out paper but charged nothing. It is like a lottery.

Pros: Customer service was excellent especially Andrea when we arrived. We had a delayed journey and she brightened up our long journey

Pros: Deposit was a crazy amount. They was also an additional deposit for fuel. The vehicle that they advise on website is never available in GC only at other locations.

Cons: Could never get a nissan juke in GC as none at that site so slightly misleading. Just be honest. The deposit is a crazy amount and then to take nearly a week to return it is just nuts.

Pros: The car was very reasonably priced and was a better car than the one I booked

Cons: Unsure if the insurance issue is theirs or yours but I think a lot of people would feel pressured to buy extra insurance even if they’d already taken it out with you

Cons: When I booked with booking.com I bought car insurance with them , then when we got to the desk I had to pay for insurance again to ensure I was covered.. I thought this was a bit of a scam

Pros: Didn't enjoy the experience. The sales knew exactly what she was doing, extremely efficient in the scam to extract more money.

Cons: Being scammed in more than doubled and being told if we cancelled we would loose the money we hadn't paid yet and they would use my debit card even without my authorisation.

Cons: The unclear rule about paying for fuel up front. Rental cars used to include a tank of fuel as part of the rental package.

Pros: They took £671.00 for the hire of the Cleo including the deposit I received £117.00 back only used the car to get to and from the airport and on checking they tied selling me more insurance saying I didn’t have enough cover I paid for insurance when I booked never use them again And wouldn’t recommend them

Cons: the car was very basic and there was no windscreen wash fluid at all making the initial drive from the airport (in dusty and rainy conditions) quite dangerous

Cons: The car itself vibrates when steering at speed, the near side of the vehicle was damaged and scuffed considerably.
