We were advised that our £193 deposit bond would be refunded to our credit card within 4 weeks. This did not happen and in subsequent e mails Ezu confirmed that the car had been returned in good condition and that they would be issuing the refund. 2 months later I have had to raise a dispute with my credit card company.

At first no one could find our booking when we rang, eventually the information desk rang another number and we were told we would have to pay extra as we were late. To top it off we waited a long time for the shuttle bus and then longer for another three groups of people to arrive.

These ones were the engine light, which didn't blink but it is on, and the traction control one, as well permanent on. The FCW/AEB light was also on, this one did blink. I send an email, and you answer me to take the car as soon as possible to Chrischurch or Queenstown to change it. I had to change my trip to went there, and when I got to Queenstown they didn't know that

While the km driven by the car was more than 70k which if you do the math for a two month old car wasnt making sense .
