Cons: You should not be including this company in your list of rental options. We returned the car hire and were assured that it had been returned in good condition and with no issues. We were advised that our £193 deposit bond would be refunded to our credit card within 4 weeks. This did not happen and in subsequent e mails Ezu confirmed that the car had been returned in good condition and that they would be issuing the refund. 2 months later I have had to raise a dispute with my credit card company.

At first no one could find our booking when we rang, eventually the information desk rang another number and we were told we would have to pay extra as we were late. To top it off we waited a long time for the shuttle bus and then longer for another three groups of people to arrive.

These ones were the engine light, which didn't blink but it is on, and the traction control one, as well permanent on. The FCW/AEB light was also on, this one did blink. I send an email, and you answer me to take the car as soon as possible to Chrischurch or Queenstown to change it. I had to change my trip to went there, and when I got to Queenstown they didn't know that

Cons: It was a very old car with a broken seat at th back. Fortunately it didn't break down but really with over 200,000km on the clock surely it's time to retire it from service.

Pros: EZU car rental is the worse rental I have ever had. The pick up lady had us waiting 45 minutes. She was also extremely rude beyond description. Not even a hello.

Cons: The car was old. I spent a long time filling in the information online only to have to fill it in again in person.
