Pros: They were friendly and eager to help. They gave us a usb port for the cigarette lighter and a dash holder for our phone, since the dashboard was pretty useless for us.

When picking up new seats lady on reception had difficulty understanding our requests and did not seem to speak very much English which made communicating difficult.

Cons: The only issue we had was being picked up from the airport. The shuttle wasn’t there & it took 20 mins before anyone answered my call. Aside from this it was fantastic. I would definitely use again.
