Pros: Friendly people and good prices

Cons: The car kept dropping our maps which made it challenging and meant that we had to mostly rely on just holding the phone most of the trip. We tried an Apple iPhone, a new Samsung and a Google Pixel 8 plus. We also tried multiple cords with each phone and even bought two new cords to see if that would solve it and it didn’t.

Pros: Really helpful and great staff. Very tentative

Cons: It took a minute to find the office in the car park area and to understand how the 24 hour service worked in conjunction with the car park. It all was seamless, once we figured it out!

Pros: The easy of the rental was awesome!! The car was clean but there was a small miss of cleaning the inside window not a biggie but should be brought to attention..would still come back for a rental so question about that!! Fast, efficient and easy!!

Cons: If you could please put in the instructions/ booking info that there is a phone that one can use to call for pick up in Christchurch airport to let them know we are there..we just happened upon it. We didn’t have cell service right away come in from overseas.

Cons: I think I got charged twice for snow chains?! It is confusing because I discovered your brand via Discover cars.com, and have a charge from that. And then was also charged again at Rentalcars247. And I won't say I was pushed to take the chains, but then being local, it was probably obvious I wouldn't need them, so a waste of money. And I'm sure they also charged me for them...
