Pros: friendly and easy process, , but especially i got the car i ordered, sometimes this doesn't happen with other cars. also for a south island family holiday it had ski racks, we didn't even plan on going skiing and didnt ask for them, but we did ski a day and they were awesome and lockable.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 2525.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium Location fee, Vehicle registration fee, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 21.
There is no maximum age.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the Geneva / Vienna Convention on Road Traffic (e.g., China), an official translation of the license in the following language(s): English, together with the original license, must be presented.

Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
Cross-border policy
When booking a one-way rental between islands, you'll have to drop off the vehicle at the Wellington office and pick up a different one at the Picton office.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.

Business hours
