Pros: Despite the delay in getting picked up (was told 5-10 minutes and to look for a grey and white van - it was closer to 20 and was bright green on the front), everything was smooth and the vehicle performed very well.

Pros: Great staff, helpful and happy. Easy to work with for a slight change in drop off. Good communication.

Cons: Great service. I booked the car to returned in the evening but couldn't make it in 5pm office hr so I called them to reschedule. They happy to let me return the car in the next morning (but within the rental day period) with no extra charge
