Pros: The car is very new and of good condition
Cons: Didn´t get any paper or pictures of the actual state of te car before picking up. I didn´t have any problem but I think its better to check together where are the car damages between customer (me) and company, in this case Sixt.

Pros: Customer service was excellent and the price was great. Jake dealt with me perfectly and have told a couple friends who are coming to Christchurch next month.
Cons: Excessive time delay spent waiting for service staff to collect the car, then car wasn't available. Never received a copy of the condition report/agreement for the car that was supposed to be emailed through as that wasn't available when we collected the car. When we collected the car the petrol tank was only a quarter full.

Pros: When dropping the car, please make more clear guidance on how to return the key. At first I was in the line. Later, after 30 minutes I could find a slot on the wall where I dropped the key. If I hadn't find the slot, I might have been waiting more than an hour

Pros: Absolute shambles. They leased my car to somebody else. Only one car was available in Christchurch Airport - not from Sixt- for which I had to pay considerably more.

Cons: I had to return to Auckland early due to Covid lockdown. The company was happy to give refund however I requested a breakdown of refund by email and this was not sent as the refund appeared less than expected. I would still appreciate this feedback.
