Cons: Where do I start? Driver wasn't helpful, didn't speak. We drove for over 20 minutes to a area in the middle of no where. No car was available!! He eventually gave us a battered old car with over 80k and had no power at all, it was covered in dents and scratches. Appalling service

Pros: nothing.

Cons: I was nice enough to updated them that i have a short delay in the flight of the flight, and what did they do? cancelled my car booking without speaking to me and gave my already fully paid rental car to someone else. probably for more money. I was stuck without a car at the last minute!!! This caused me a lot of stress, and in the end, I found a last-minute rental car from another company that cost me a lot more. It was not ok at all!!! i will never book from this exer company again.

Pros: Criminal! I rang discover cars whilst in a waste land and was promised a complaints email to follow and received NO HELP

Cons: Took us to a waste land and demanded an extra 100 euros or ‘“you can leave” had to return the car a day early that was not road worthy! No windscreen wash. My 9 year old son was terrified!

Pros: Nothing. Completely unhelpful and unfriendly

Cons: There was no service! The car allocated didn't have working rear seat belts so having loaded all luggage I could install child car seats (which I had to pick and install myself and then uninstall and install in to a new vehicle which took 20 minutes to collect from off site). The whole operation is very back street, advertised as a courtesy shuttle from the airport it was a car with no air conditioning, no child/baby provisions. The worst experience of a car rental company ever by miles!

Cons: Unfortunately, i admit that it was my fault that i rented a 1litre and an automatic. I did this in a hurry without checking. I had driven an automatic yrs ago. I got used to it eventually driving around cyprus. However , the 1 litre was a shock, i could have walked faster than the car. It was like driving a hair dryer. Tgank God i took a photo of the petrol gauge becauae 10 mins into the drive i realised it was 3/4full. Staff hadnt filled. Staff were nice. the car was a piece junk. Never again

Pros: Meeting at the airport and registration of the car went quickly. The car was clean and in good condition. When a problem arose one day, the car would not start. The company's employees quickly rushed to me 50 km away. They quickly found the problem, fixed the loose battery terminals, and I was able to continue driving. Returning the car was also no problem. I was taken to the airport and a few hours later my deposit was returned. I recommend EXER to everyone.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 500.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 75.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 3 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): EU countries.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form. In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy

Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are not mandatory in Cyprus.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
