Cons: After a long journey with 2 young children we found the car rental sixth. We told them our booking reference and from then on We felt pressurised into upgrading our car and insurance. Which we was not needed so we declined. Within our online booking it said that extra drivers could be added at no extra cost. I showed them the booking and the agent said she would show her supervisor. He then stormed over and said we had to pay as it’s their policy. I feel they took advantage of our situation.

Cons: When dropping off the vehicle, the operative seemed happy that the car was returned in the same condition and certainly didn't point out any "damage" but I then received a damage claim with 2 photos- the first photo is clearly NOT of the car we returned as the luggage in the photo is not ours AND the second photo is of paint damage that was pre-existing when we picked up the vehicle. Thankfully I have a clear photo of this pre existing damage which had been sent to Sixt.

They refuse to give me my money back, advising me to be more careful about what I'm signing. At least they have a sense for black humor. Also, car was not equipped with a first aid kit which was explained as "The policy of the company", but policy is not above the law of Cyprus. So, never again with Sixt / Get Your Car / Flizzr

This company is part of Sixt so you go to that desk at the airport. Easy pick up and drop off. Car was absolutely fine. No problems whatsoever, would recommend.

Then after our flight we received the report we apparently signed - both reports included alleged damage we did not do. We had both been told no issues all fine when we signed it. Can’t find an email or contact to raise this to as a complaint.

Cons: The checkout process was aggravating. We were charge 100 EUR because there were hairs on the passenger seat, and advantage was taken of the fact that we were short on time.

Cons: When I dropped the car back the agent was miserable and tried ripping me off for 120euro valet fee ! ...not happy at all withe agent at drop off
