Pros: Quick and easy

Cons: Car reps had the worst attitude we’ve ever experienced. From picking up the car and dropping it off we had the same rep with the worst attitude ever experienced. We won’t be using this company again.
Pros: Very helpful staff, they went above and beyond even when our flight was delayed.

Cons: There was nothing I didn’t like, or that disappointed me. I ordered a small car with A/C, and that’s what I got. All the reps were accommodating, what not to like.

Cons: The checkout process was aggravating. We were charge 100 EUR because there were hairs on the passenger seat, and advantage was taken of the fact that we were short on time.

Cons: When i have book the car i selected for 540 Euro and in plus i opted Full Coverage of 114.47 EUR then when i have pick up the car i was forced to pay another extra 144 Euro for Full Damage Waiver if i would refuse to pay that extra 144 Euro then i would not get the Car, also they claim even with all Full Coverage + Full Damage Waiver the Tires and Windshield damages are not included.

Cons: The oil lamp indicator lit up the next morning. I had to go back to the agency and waste half a day of vacation only to hear that I should I wished to fix the car, I had to wait for it to go to the garage; meaning "you wait, it doesn't justify a replacement". I decided not to leave the car and the hell with it if it breaks. Awful service. Not only it wasted half my day but the staff is asking me to wait while it's going to the garage. SHAME!

Pros: Paphos is a small airport and there is a handful of rental companies operating directly at the airport, one of them being GetYourCar owned by Sixth. Easy to find them in the arrival hall, and the parking lot like 150 m away from the airport hall. That made things very easy with a lot of luggage, and a 2-years-old that we brought with us. When picking up the car we got mailed a condition report with pictures. Take pictures anyway. Return was easy and quick even without additional insurance.
Pros: The location of the rental desk was great, just at arrivals. The location to collect the car was great too, just outside the airport door, and clearly signposted.
Cons: The brakes made a horrible grinding noise when applied. Even though it was an automatic the gear changes appeared late and it continually over revved. There was no advice given where to return the car but the sign posts at the airport made it easy.

Cons: 5 days past still you have not released the €1100 security , whilst I was told is 48 hours !!!! You need to speed up this process, 7/10 days is too long !!!! Specially summer time if I book 2 cars 4 days apart that is €2200 on my card !!!!

Cons: The paperwork is laborious and time consuming. This applies to all car rentals,not just get your car. Perhaps the rental companies could look at completing this paperwork online before the customer arrives at the desk to pick up the vehicle leaving only signatures to be applied at the desk.

Cons: The application is not professional....every time you need to enter reservation no.? Why? It should work like rentals car.com that you have the reservation and the voucher for fast viewing. Another important issue is to mention to which company desk we have to go. It is not mention anywhere.

Cons: Attempted scam when dropping the car. Employee tried to tell customers (incl. me) that car's tank is not full, even though they fueled it as few as 5km away from the airport. Of course, customers were in a hurry for a plane, so they rarely had time to do a round trip to the nearest gas station, accepting the company's fee for refueling.
Cons: If the person that booked the car misses his flight or it is delayed, no one else can take the car... No refund and money gone...
Pros: The ability to get a reasonable price for Sixt's on-airport service.
Cons: The car was a 2015 VW Up, which I've actually hired before. There was excessive exhaust noise at higher revs, and there was no USB charging socket. I don't regard it as acceptable that a reputable rental company should be renting out cars more than eighteen months old.
Cons: We had to ask other agents were you are and it was Sixt which is not on our paperwork. As previously stated high mileage with poor appearance inside and out. Will not use your site again.

Cons: My booking form did not specify Sixt as the hirer, so I went to the wrong desk to begin with.

Cons: The signage for the desk was poor. Had my paperwork showed it was Sixt I would have found the desk. The discover cars sign was too small.
Cons: The name of the actual company that provided the car could have been clearer on the documents making identification of the supplier at the airport easier/quicker.
Cons: I was forced to pay for additional insurance (16 € / day = 160 €) because I did not have a credit card and supposedly they could not get a deposit from the deposit card, but the deposit of 100 € for fuel could be taken from the one from the debit card. In addition, I had to pay 50 € to have a car with air conditioning. I feel cheated. Because I paid two insurances.
