Cons: old car park, dirty car.

Pros: The agent who picked us up and brought us to the car rental office was courteous and helpful.

Cons: They said that any damage would be recovered from the deposit despite that I purchased full insurance cover.

Pros: Ease of pick up and collection. Lovely staff. Was very happy with the car we was given.

Cons: That they tried to rip me off upon leaving saying the car was damaged with damage that was there when we picked it up. Luckily we had pictures and it was obvious they knew the damage was there but chose to try to keep my deposit anyway. Absolutely scandalous. The car had no power and was not anywhere near what was booked. The tyres were bald. Could go on tbf. Wouldn't go anywhere near it again.

Pros: On returning the car we were met by a lovely guy who took the hold off my credit card and within two minutes he was driving back to the departures for our flight home

Cons: The lady that met us at the airport was so miserable, Ok it was early in the morning but there’s no need to be sour! She insisted my son and I went off airport to her office even though my wife and daughter in law was still inside collecting the bags, she abruptly said you can come back for them? I wasn’t expecting that, my wife was going to be the second free driver but she wasn’t there so I had to add my son who’s 24 then had to pay €54 to add him on the insurance, very disappointed

Pros: Our flight was delayed by almost 4 hrs but I let them know as soon as I could and managed to keep them infoirmed by whatsapp. Aleksandra was waiting for us when we arrived close to midnight. She took my son and myself to the office where we picked up our cars and got us away swiftly. Aleksandra was very helpful and friendly throughout the hire.

Cons: My only comment is that it may be time to upgrade or renew the child seats we were given. They were just about adequate but are showing their age.

Pros: Apart from the first 15 mins, all good.

Pros: The older gentleman who met us at drop off was very efficient and pleasant and his daughter who drove us to the airport was a delight. The car performed well considering it's age.

Cons: The woman who met us at the airport had a very brusque manner and couldn't wait to get rid of us. The car provided was a constant source of micky taking amongst our family and friends because of it's age, but it performed it's duties very well.

Pros: Everything was as described when booking so easy start to finish, hassle free

Pros: Great all round service and the rep was waiting and easily identified with a big board, quickly loaded up and travelled just outside to collect cars, once checked over and explained then went back to collect all our group of 13, handed back the cars was just as easy after dropping off the suitcases, wife’s and children first we handed back the cars and after a quick inspection and a refund on the deposit took us back to the airport, thank you Sasha/Alexandrine for your excellent service…

Pros: On time pick up directly outside the airport followed by a very quick and efficient paperwork process and on my way to the hotel in no time. Kostas was very helpful with the drop off and made everything extreamly easy.

Pros: Met at arrivals, driven out to the offsite office and quickly processed. Car was basic but functional with a few dents and scratches. In return there was no question of trying to sting us for imaginary repairs etc, just straight back to the airport for drop off. Friendly and honest company

Cons: If you expect the latest sleekest model, look elsewhere. Car was a Japanese import, none of the Sat nav etc working, but it got me from A to B no problem.

Pros: Very well oranised. Gentlemen was waiting in terminal building for us. We received free upgrade from manual to automatic. Car was very clean and nice.

Cons: No desk at the Airport. The agent said he saw me with 3 kids but left with a single woman. And then came back after an hour. The car was damaged - wing mirror case and bumper hanging out. scratches. tank only a quarter full. After a week the exhaust ( i suspect ) started rattling I reported this. The Paphos ignored my calls and txts. The lady in aiya nappa was helpful but it still took Paphos a week to contact us. By which time we stopped using the car and worried it would get us to the Airport.

Cons: Car was 8 years old. Had tape and zip tie holding gear knob together. Steering wheel looked like something had chewed it! Called emergency number 5 times and it was unanswered. Only answered after email to head office. Returned car early only to be told I would only get half refund! Meet and great was meet you at airport and take you offsite to get car and then have to drive back to airport to collect my family! Not as advertised!! Suggest use a bigger company next time!!

Cons: 1. They gave me old Nissan March (2008), despite newer cars being available (2013+). 2. Car wiper blades were in poor condition, especially on driver's side (most important!) 3. Windshield cleaning liquid is just water. Cmon, put proper liquid - it is not too expensive 4. Car audio system is only in Japanese (imported car). Listening to my own music is important and I had no clue how to switch radio to AUX. Staff couldn't help either 5. Car was given with around 10% petrol left in the tank

Cons: Discovery said meet and greet, and did not mentions a short drive to car rental location, misleading. Also reps were not allowed inside departures due to COVID19 but no mention on Discovery Cars. Poor man was waiting for me outside and I was inside waiting, luckily he sneaked in to get me and my family.
