I was uncomfortable to rely on the insurance paid to Discovercars and I paid additional insurance in Aercar. I had a feeling that this was done intentionally since we book the car through a brocker - Dicovercars, not directly with them. The renting price in Discovercars was much cheaper then the one offered directly on Aercar website.

Pros: Hello Discovercarhire. I would like to tell you about the worst experience ever. I book my car on 16.10 at 01:00. Aecar met us near the airport after 30 min its ok no problem we could wait. After we came to the Aercar by shuttle bus they told me that they don't have my car. They decide to offer me Nissan Serena but this car was not similar to Toyota Corolla. I asked to call the manager (her name was Joanna). I explained that this car is too big for me and I want to find something similar.

After one hour more they found Suzuki baleno - this car was in bad condition, messy and already had a visual defects. In my last day its broked in Paphos - low battery. They didn't offer me taxi or money for this situation and just told to wait for a service man. I almost lost my flight. Joanna was in the place and told me that I am bad customer and she don't want to talk

We spent at least 20 minutes running around airport parking asking people about Aercar and no one had any idea. Eventually, we called their office and they told us it's car park area 5... it's that simple. Please add this essential info to the confirmation email or advise clients to call the office before pick up! Thanks

Cons: just one person at the desk when returning, spent 45 minutes waiting when handing the car back in.

Cons: At night only one person was working both as a driver and a front desk representative so we had to wait one hour to be picked up at the airport. Drop off was totally fine instead.

When we were about to take the car, we were offered an automatic, we had booked a manual drive. However, after some debate they did give us a manual and a higher grade of car without extra cost.

Pros: I’ve used Aercar previously and have found them to be honest and efficient and very friendly and the vehicle rental prices are very competitive. Would recommend. No issues with having your own excess waiver insurance is a big plus too.

Pros: This company has BY FAR the best service. When i asked for an extention because i made a mistake with flight date, they said no problem. They call me to remind me the car had to be back that morning, and i totally forgot we changed the dates of the return flight. So i asked for an extention while beeing on the other side of Paphos with that same car, it was not a problem at all. The car was nice, clean and had very safe baby & toddler seats.

Cons: Instructions for the shuttle are unclear, there is no signage anywhere in the airport, we had to ask taxi drivers where to wait (no idea for how long too). Car radio (which also had GPS that we didn't pay for) was in Japanese and had limited radio station reception

Cons: Pick up from airport was extremely long over an hour and when it did arrive incapable of accommodating all waiting. I was forced to pick up my car separate to my family further delaying my journey. Car park was poorly lit and not able to inspect car. When I got a chance to inspect the car it was in awful condition- dents, scuffs and front bumper coming away. When we returned the car we we’re accused of crashing car because of above condition. Awful service, awful car awful experience.
