Cons: I rented a Volkswagen Polo, hoping for a similar car. I have driven mostly European cars. That's why I had problems with the Suzuki software, not understanding some of the messages. I probably didn't think to ask the staff to change the communication to English. It would be good if when renting on the island of Cyprus there was a reminder that the car traffic is the opposite of the European one.

If it weren't for an urgent business meeting immediately after landing, the car would have been returned and if there wasn't a replacement car, I would have canceled the deal. Cons: After buying additional insurance from Discovery cars when I booked it, then pressurised to buy Aercars own insurance by their agent and then heavy warnings that you'd lose deposit if you damaged their vehicle or had an accident. Car was very scratched when I was given it and took ages to clear the screen misting, had a lot of previous damage that wasn't noted on their paperwork so had to take lots of photos and let their agent know.

I was uncomfortable to rely on the insurance paid to Discovercars and I paid additional insurance in Aercar. I had a feeling that this was done intentionally since we book the car through a brocker - Dicovercars, not directly with them. The renting price in Discovercars was much cheaper then the one offered directly on Aercar website.

Cons: Is the worse company ever from the beginning,I have to wait more than one hour to pick the car.Then the next day the car is show me a signal light and I had to go to office to change the car but is said to me is fine so I keep the same car,just I spend my time.The worse thing it was when I had to dropping the car the staff there is not believe to me the car it was full of petrol and I had to go with one of them to petrol station so to see the car it was full.It was nightmare,no one apologised

Pros: Hello Discovercarhire. I would like to tell you about the worst experience ever. I book my car on 16.10 at 01:00. Aecar met us near the airport after 30 min its ok no problem we could wait. After we came to the Aercar by shuttle bus they told me that they don't have my car. They decide to offer me Nissan Serena but this car was not similar to Toyota Corolla. I asked to call the manager (her name was Joanna). I explained that this car is too big for me and I want to find something similar.

Cons: She was very rood to me and said that its 03:00 in the morning she is sleeping and I can go away or she will call the police. After one hour more they found Suzuki baleno - this car was in bad condition, messy and already had a visual defects. In my last day its broked in Paphos - low battery. They didn't offer me taxi or money for this situation and just told to wait for a service man. I almost lost my flight. Joanna was in the place and told me that I am bad customer and she don't want to talk
