Pros: Everything went easy and quckly

Cons: The shuttle pickup point was far away, and we didn't know where to go to meet them. The staff at the rental company were extremely rude; they spoke disrespectfully and even threatened my children. They scared us by claiming that if we didn't purchase their insurance, we would pay a heavy price and face a difficult settlement process. It was a terrible way to start our vacation at ten o'clock at night.

We explained this did not fit with our plans. On arrival at 3.30am there was 1 member of staff with around 6 or 7 returns to process. If they know they will be busy, increase the staff team. Car air con did not work.

Cons: I had purchased the insurance from you. Aercar wanted me either to pay for the insurance (Eu110-130?)again or take a credit card guarantee for Eu1,350 which they took. However, they had cashed this money which they should not have and then reimbursed it back. In these two transactions I have lost money with the exchange rate from Euro to Sterling. You need to sort out this issue and above all make it clearer to your clients so that they do not go through what I experienced.

Cons: The car provided had many, many dents and scratches which was not fully noted on the damage report provided, we were advised by the staff to video the cars damages before we left the lot so that we had a record of condition upon the return of the car unfortunatley returning the car one of the agents questioned damage to the car which was a bit of a twitchy moment thinking I was going to lose my £850 deposit as my phone failed to video the damage prior to leaving the lot but returned my deposit.

I probably didn't think to ask the staff to change the communication to English. Car was very scratched when I was given it and took ages to clear the screen misting, had a lot of previous damage that wasn't noted on their paperwork so had to take lots of photos and let their agent know.

The vehicles come with a lot of dents, we had to photograph the vehicle, not the most sympathetic.

I was uncomfortable to rely on the insurance paid to Discovercars and I paid additional insurance in Aercar. I had a feeling that this was done intentionally since we book the car through a brocker - Dicovercars, not directly with them. The renting price in Discovercars was much cheaper then the one offered directly on Aercar website.

Cons: Despite providing my arrival time, no one was there on time to pick me up. Moreover, the condition of the windscreen wipers was subpar. During rainy conditions, they failed to effectively clear the windshield, leaving behind streaks which impaired visibility and made driving challenging.

Cons: Car wasn't new, it had some wear&tear. Had some scratches on left side.

Pros: The car was very convenient and had no problems during our stay. The agents at the desk were kind and efficient.

Cons: Whe we arrived I had to wait 40 minutes for the shuttle service to take me to the Aercar compound.

Cons: The booster seat is much more expensive than buying a basic one, same price as full seat. I thought i had to get a full seat for my child in Cyprus but staff said i only need a booster. I'm still not sure if that was ok with the law.

Cons: The car was no where near up to standards. We booked a Nissan Note style car and although they say they upgraded the size it was an old car that could barely move and had a tyre losing air daily. Not good enough for a rental car abroad.

Cons: I should mention that we ordered a car online for 4 days at a price of 100 euros, we paid another 25 euros to cancel the deductible, then we came to pick up the car and they said that we paid the broker for canceling the participation and not them, therefore it does not apply to them, and in addition it does not cover everything. Then they took another 70 euros from me for canceling the deductible. Take this into account when you order

Pros: I was told that I should cancel my booking as the shuttle bus doesn't pick up from my hotel and that reservations would refund me in full. Of course reservations refused to refund, and this is their scam, unfortunately many people have been caught like this and now they've been reported for international fraud on many counts. The insurance isn't valid and the booking isn't with them, it's with an aggregator or local hire company. A scam operation run by Latvian crooks, but not for much longer

Cons: Criminal scam, fraudulent insurance and car hire bookings. Do not book using this company. Better going direct to local hire companies. The insurance isn't actually insurance. International fraud investigation is underway. If they cease trading with your money you'll lose everything. If you have an accident under their 'insurance' you'll lose everything. Cons: I had made a reservation for a VOLKSWAGEN UP (even paid somewhat more for it) , and was "upgraded" to an elderly ( 7 year old?) SUZUKI SWIFT that had done nearly 120 000km and of which the suspension was "dead"
