Cons: They turned up 5 hours late. I haven't had a call or refund of the deposit I paid

Pros: Everything was in order. I had come across some unfavorable reviews online before the trip, which made me a bit hesitant about this car rental company. However, everything was impeccable. Representative Mike was awaiting us at the airport and provided us with the car. We completed the payment and were on our way. A pleasant surprise was that although the website mentioned a refundable deposit of €300, Representative Mike informed us that it wasn't necessary due to the company's policy.

Cons: One thing that was unexpected, though not necessarily unpleasant, was that instead of the Volkswagen UP we expected, we received a Daihatsu Mira e:s. Initially, I was a tad disappointed about not receiving the Volkswagen, but the Daihatsu turned out to be satisfactory. It was a hybrid and impressively efficient, consuming only 3-4 liters of petrol per 100km on longer trips

Pros: Easy pick up and drop off. No deposit taken. Overall easy transaction.

Cons: I raised a complaint that car condition was poor, both front and back bumpers were poorly attached and wobbly. Front one was damaged and on ramps was touching the wheel. Received unfriendly call back from a lady blaming me why I raised it after using it few days already, although we raised it at collection, we were assured the car was not damaged and in good condition. We were planning trip to mountains but were worried that it will not be able to make it, hence I raised a complaint.

Pros: After reading the reviews I was quite content when, after phoning the number as there was noone in the airport with a name plaque, I was directed outside to the vendor who then drove us into Paphos (opposite direction) to complete the paperwork in the office.

Cons: First phone call left me full off confidence. Second phone call not so much so. The car did not have a child seat at the airport but was collected from the office. Slight oversight.

Pros: The guys who gave us the car were so nice.

Pros: This car was a death trap so many components failed including a passenger seat belt, I would not recommend this company to anyone, I would like a refund as it was an old banger not fit for the road, should be ashamed of yourselfs offering sun dangerous vehicles to holiday makers.

Cons: Staff did not meet me at the airport with a sign with my name on it, one on the ladies in the airport rang the company representative for me , who claimed he would meet us at the departure entrance, then I received a phone call asking me to meet your representative at the costa coffee shop in the car park. It all seemed very dodgy to me. Avoid at all costs.

Pros: They were there waiting for us, car suited our need with 5 ppl and lot of luggage

Cons: Nobody there when we dropped car off. Told to leave it where we found it with keys under wheel. I really wanted them to check it over when we dropped it off.

Car was an absolute banger - old, dented everywhere, several things not working or very sub-standard. Dropoff method changed via phone call on the day and had to leave car in car park with key on the front tyre.

Cons: Basically the person who was talking with me at the car pickup, didn't give us a choice to even choose another car, we got Mazta Premacy instead of Toyota Rush or similar. I get that the car maybe similar, but the back seats (we are family of 6people) are not made for adults, like there is no space. But we managed. The car was slow, and had no turbo, which it makes slow to accelarate and hard to drive on worse roads. As well as the car didn't have cruise control. BAD service.

Agent asked for cash payment although the confirmation said payment by card. Payment by card was taken over the phone though. Agents rushed through the pickup, seemed like they couldn't get away quick enough.

Cons: Despite, as requested, confirming the time of the drop off agents were late at drop off at airport. Telephone calls were required, eventually instructed to leave the car in short stay car park.

Cons: The operator was over an hour late and then incredibly rude, shouting at me and blaming me for him being late. Then he gave me a car nothing like the one I’d paid - I was given a Toyota Wish after paying for a 7-seater 4x4!!!! I would not use or recommend this company to anyone.

Pros: Friendly people when they finally arrived to get us at airport after having to phone them to ask where they were. Went through paperwork clearly

Had to phone them to get them to arrive as no person with card. this took some time to happen. the car had damage to it and one of the brake light bulbs was not working and it kept coming up with a warning that it needed a service and that the bulb was not working. The car lighter port did not work and caused my phone not to charge. The car was given to us with the tank only quarter filled, and the car was very poor on hills. thought it was going to break down.

Cons: The representative was not at the airport on arrival, we waited for quite some time (had no phone reception) a local rang the company for us it took them an hour to turn up then took only the driver to get the car. At drop off we rang to advise the time would be at the airport. Arrived no sign of anyone, after a while phoned them , they said they would chase. In the end we’re told to leave the car in the departure lay by unlocked with the keys under the mat !!!!

Cons: I didn't proceed with this car hire. The reason for that it was the terrible condition of the car!! The tires were so thin that was really unsafe to drive the car. Additionally there was a nail inside the front tire and of course I pointed it to them. Also the interior of the car was so dirty with torn seats!! Nevertheless, the worst of all these was the rude behaviour of the owner and staff!!! We asked them very polite to give us another car, but the answer was: this it it, take it or leave it

They were clean and tidy, we were helped with changing the seats and giving a full run through of all the lights and switches.

Cons: The car was the oldest, worst condition hire car I’ve ever seen. 150k miles on the clock?! Loads of scratches. Very tired interior. Smell of burning every time we went up a hill. It was meant to be a Ford Focus estate. We got a Nissan Tiide (or something like that) that wasn’t big enough to fit our 3 suitcases. I didn’t feel safe driving this car with our young children on board.

Cons: CTT car rentals kept us waiting for 30 minutes. We called them 3 times, when they finally turned up they tried to give us a car with no child seat. We had specifically booked a child seat for our son to travel with us. The rep then tried to tell us to just get in the car and put our baby on a booster seat while we travelled to his head office 25 mins in the opposite direction to pick up a car seat. When we explained it wasn't safe he was rude to us. We then used a different company.

Cons: Besides what I already wrote. Demetris(owner) was terrible to deal with. Besides lying to me on multiple occasions. He then called me a liar when I told him what he had lied to me about. I would never recommend anyone do business with this company again. The car was unsafe and the owner is extremely rude and shady.

Cons: The front screen of the car (front glass) was covered with some layer that looked like plastic or something, which made the viewing of the road ahead very uncomfortable.
