Pros: l’agence à la sortie du terminal, voiture très proche , rapidité de check in, personnel qui nous a remis la voiture dans le parking très prévenant, préparation de la voiture.
Cons: la personne à l’accueil est devenue moins sympathique après que nous ayons refusée l’assurance de réduction de franchise à 140 euros. nous lui avions pourtant montrer notre contrat de réservation avec assurance tout inclus, . elle a aussi tenté d’augmenter le dépôt de garantie à 1100 euros alors que notre contrat était à 300 euros de dépôt. attention vous payez le plein au check in et ils vous remboursent (si plein fait à moins de 10k de l’aéro)ou font le plein pour vous (20 euros de frais!!!).
