GreenMotion at Paphos Airport

Cons: Unhappy with reception on arrival. Car provided OK but a bit old a lacking in modern technology

Cons: Spare wheel was flat and had no tread - this was eventually changed. Discovered when we got to accommodation that passenger door could not be opened from inside the car - returned to office next day - took sometime to get authorisation for an exchange vehicle - office had to chase main office for a response. I'm not sure that staff thought this was a serious enogh reason to ask for exchange.....infered that some people (ie me) were just unlucky, my fault then.

Cons: Petrol tank was not full when picked up.

Pros: It wasnt.

Cons: Their English isnt understandable. Luckily the car started on its own.

Cons: Having refuelled at a petrol station only a mile from GreenMotion the gauge did not register full, we returned to the filling station which was attendant operated and he tried adding more fuel, the tank overflowed, I took a photo of this. On returning the car with still no movement of the fuel gauge GreenMotion laid the blame on the petrol station and refused to believe the tank was full and wouldn’t look at the photo I had taken of the overflowing tank. They charged us a refuelling fee .

Cons: The condition of the pick-up / drop-off facility near Pafos airport

Pros: Very friendly front desk we got continious our rental and they were helpfull again. We droped the car a shuttle bus is super clean and put stairs to make it easier to step inside !!

Pros: The entire process was excellent, shuttle bus service is excellent, collection is easy and speedy, with very accommodating staff. The car was superb, and drop off simple. I strongly recommend Green Motion.

Pros: The spot was easy to find outside airport terminal. Shuttle bus from the airport to the GreenMotion’s parking lot was on time. Service in the office was prompt and simple. The car has been upgraded for me without additional costs. And it was a new kia rio. The procedure of returning the car was similarly prompt and simple. The deposit on my credit card was released instantly. I definitely can recommend this car rental!

Cons: We had trouble finding pick up spot at airport parking, but found it after asking staff for help. We had to call agencies shuttle service, but they came in about 15 min.

Pros: It was first time we rented a car with Green Motion in Cyprus. We picked up car in Paphos. Shuttle bus came after 5 min we got in Parking lot. Everyone was friendly. Didn't take long to sign all paperwork and get keys. It was some damage to car but was marked on paperwork. British lady, I think Sally was very friendly. We left car by Larnaca Airport and again everything went smooth. However remember to clean your car before leaving it.

Pros: when we were picking up the car there were very kind employees, the car was exactly the one we rented

Cons: when we were returning the car, we were met by a very angry employee who yelled why there was sand in the car considering that Cyprus is a beach destination. Nowhere in the rental conditions did it say that we had to return the car cleaned

Cons: No one was available for the shuttle service, we waited 25 minutes for the shuttle to arrive.

Pros: I had previously read a lot of concerning information about Greenmotion and was surprised that the car we were given was in very decent condition, functioned well and relatively new. I took plenty of photos and fully expected an argument at the end of the lease period but to their credit, giving the car back took about 2 minutes, the two women at the office were very friendly and released the full deposit without issue after a quick visual check and promptly ferried us over to the airport.

Pros: The fact that the car had to be started by an external starter battery did not the rental agreement well.

Pros: They did exactly as promised. NO HIDDEN FEES, waiver excess €800 explained.

Cons: A bit far from airport but transport was immediate and on returning car took me on my own in minibus without asking me to wait for others

Cons: i lost a key and thay didnt have another one and thay didnt have another car and i go from paphos to larnaka to bring my car back and a paid 300 eur cost of another key

Cons: The two female staff! Appalling behaviour to myself and other customers. Bullies and rude. Slamming car doors in one woman’s face and lying about us being in a rush for the airport. We weren’t but they refused customers time to change as they said we were in a rush. When questioned about it the old, blonde lady shouted at the customer. The big heavy woman is aggressive and has terrible people skills.

Pros: Best rental car service we’ve ever had!! Speedy pick up - sailed past the other rental car queues - met by a woman waiting for us who knew our name. Nice car waiting for us - bigger than what we’d ordered but fab! Slightly older car than what you'd get from hertz etc but fantastic value and who needs a brand new car when you’re leaving it on the villa driveway for most of the time. Highly recommend!!!

Cons: Lack of friendliness of staff. Also on returning the car I mentioned that there was something not right about the brakes when descending hills. The staff member did not seem particularly interested and as far as I could see did not make a note of my observations. If I was to rebook a car hire, I would want to have confidence that observations like mine had been taken seriously.

Cons: The only criticism I have is that the price of hiring a car has become exorbitant and as a previous customer many times the initiation of a loyalty programme would be nice
