Cons: although the airport shuttle was provided on time it is always easier to pick the car at the airport, but I suspect it woul be more expensive?

Cons: I would like to know conditions of rental while using debit card instead of credit card before choosing an offer

Cons: No debit card accepted. For debit cards the deposit amount is huge and unacceptable

Pros: Great all round. Lovely new vehicle, easy short transfer to pick up, dropped back off quickly after short handover of car.

Cons: Cars were in overall terrible condition, it really took me by surprise how run down and unloved their were, it was trully shocking to be given a key to a 6yo car with 130k km mileage.

Pros: Alamo is very professional. The time it took for me to pick up the car was approximately 15 minutes. The car I had reserved had a manual transmission, but when I picked up the car at Alamo, I received an automatic transmission car at no extra cost. Driving with such a car was much easier and safer. When I returned the car, it took me only 5 minutes with the agent to inspect the vehicle. Upon returning to the office, the deposit was promptly refunded to my credit card. you, Alamo.

Pros: Feb 2024 inexpensive off season weekly rental, fast pickup/dropoff, Alamo depot is 5min minibus transfer from airport. Drop the car back there afterwards then fast 5min minibus to Pfafos Airport. Good staff who explain everything clearly (also not pushy). With provider we jointly cheked over the car noting any existing scratches or dents etc before leaving the rental parking & when we returned this + fuel refilled etc re-checkd + get your pre authorised deposit non drawn reciept.

Cons: The directions for the shuttle bus pick up outside the airport were poor. The car I rented was very tired with over 140000km on the clock and some minor problems (i.e. nearside rear passenger door didn't open reliably)

Cons: The condition of the first car offered was quite simply the worst i had ever seen. Every panel, including the roof, was badly dented or scratched. In a car park full of quite new cars, they brought out this old black wreck, which had even been partially, but badly re-sprayed. I was staggered that such a poor car was offered to me. I expected much better service from what I thought was a reputable company.

Pros: The staff were super friendly. There was a mistake with the booking where I accidentally ordered a manual vs automatic which I originally wanted. Within 5-10 minutes they sorted the issue, providing us an automatic option. Had to pay more but was happy to. Thank you.

Cons: Insurance charges are excessive. Seeing the condition of the car with the scratches, chipped paint etc. it makes me think these charges are charged for the sake of it with actual repairs not taken out on the vehicles to keep them in top condition for future customers. Just think if you are charging such high excess fees and holds, the cars should showcase repairs.

Cons: Car was 10yo with 250,000 km on the clock. I hired the car for 35 days. Very dirty interior. Unable to get refund for unwanted period of child seat rental, I only needed 12 days. Your agent did not believe anything I was saying and asked for proof for "clarification" Never again

Cons: When we picked up the car, we were told to arrive 3h prior to our departure to drop off the car due to increased security at Paphos airport because of the Israel-Gaza conflict. Our flight was at 0945am so we arranged to get to the rental place for 7am. Nobody was there until 0745am. Luckily we got through security ok but we weren’t impressed that there was no communication about staff being late or misinformed about the arrival time of clients.

Pros: Very friendly service The car itself was a class below (Toyota Viz vs Ford Fiesta). The car was quite mature vs about 92,000km on Odometr. The car was stretched all across the upper and lower body. The overall impression is not sarisfactory

Cons: I didn't like: Did I received an old car with $130,000 KM on odometer To lift mirror was broken and I was founded when I received the car on the spot, The representative tried to help me but it was a mechanical problem and they told me instead of changing the car that that's what they have. Next time I would not recommend to approach your agency at all cost.

Cons: The car was ford fiesta or similar. Owning the same car i thought i was renting, i know what i could and couldnt get in terms of luggage. The car i got was much much smaller than anticpated, however by the time i was at the aiport to pick my family up, it was too late. It resulted in me having to pay for an additional taxi to get them back to the hotel.

Pros: We rented a car for 2 weeks. The whipping car was in poor condition,smoked, did not meet our order, bad suspention condition.

Cons: Alamo staff resolved the problem and replaced the car. There were no major problems with the second.
